On April 30, 2024, Todd Felciano from Heritage Roofing came to our home to give us an estimate on replacing our roof. A few days later, we approved the bid and they set July 1 to do the work.

On July 1 at 7:30 am, they arrived with their trucks with the roofing supplies and 16 workers. It was amazing how they coordinated the work among the crew.
At 4:00 pm that day they cleaned up the old roof supplies from the sidewalks, courtyard, and porch and we're gone!!

It is not often that a trades person does what they say they will do and actually do so.

Heritage Roofing did a great job at installing GAF Timberline HDZ Architectural shingles on my home. We chose the charcoal color and it looks great! We also had Todd and his team install new gutters and downspouts. We were pleased with every part of our roof- the synthetic underlayment, the ice and water shield, the drip edge, starter shingles, ridge vent, hip and ridge cap shingles, and of course our beautiful architectural shingles. Way to go Heritage!

I am very disappointed with the integrity and the professionalism demonstrated by both the crew and the guy who was in charge. It is said that you can judge a person by how they treat servers and wait staff.. I would also suggest a business can be judged by how the treat non-customers. These dudes worked on my neighbors house and I think they hit my car.. I have it on security camera but the angle is slightly obscured by another car. When I approached to ask, the entire crew (on the roof) cursed at me in spanish and called me some unpleasant things for guessing their white trucks my be the cause of the dent in my car with white paint. (Im guess they thought since Im caucasian I wouldn't understand?).. When I approached the white dude who turned out to be the owner, he was aggressive and dismissive.. I guess the bs spiel on their website only applies if your paying them.. The cops won't do anything and civil court wouldn't be worth the trouble.. so a review is all ive got.

Update. Yelp discourages removing reviews due to compensation, so I wanted to let you know that Todd came over to help make the situation right - after reading my review. He was kind and considerate, and I am hopeful that their communication has improved since three years ago.

Owner reached out to me over the weekend and confirmed he inspected the roof to verify all gutters were covered with screens per my mom's request. He provided photos which were helpful as well.
We appreciate the follow through in the end.

(You get an extended warranty with companies designated GAF Master Elite.) Our roof was done in a day with a large crew who was very organized. They cleaned up so well before they left. We highly recommend Heritage Roofing.

Almost forgot to mention that the best time to add light to dark closets, laundry rooms and bathrooms is when you get a new roof. Heritage added Sola Tubes for us. What a difference they make! They add so much light. Wonderful addition!

Very disappointed on Heritage Roofing . Lack of taking responsibility for what could have been a horrible accident , the pipe connecting to the furnace was dislodged when the roof vent was removed while installing the roof (roof is great) however the fact remains that the dislodging of the pipe could have been a silent killer because of Carbon Monoxide , alarm did not go off it Passed city inspection because ??? You could not have noticed unless you were the person who accidentally did this , just saying .

Every now and then you come across a great company with integrity and exemplary leadership. Heritage Roofing is one of those companies, and Todd, the new owner, is an honest, fair and good man. Heritage put on a new roof for us almost five years ago for an extemely competitive price. They did a great job, but there was a very minor issue that came up with the roof. When I heard Heritage Roofing had a different owner than the guy I dealt with when we had the new roof put on, I wasn't sure what to expect. But Todd was amazing, exactly what a customer would hope for under the very best of circumstances. He was extremely responsive, fair and he took care of the issue right away. These days, I'm sorry to say, one doesn't always see this kind of customer service. But when one does, I think it deserves a special mention. I have the highest respect for Todd and the way he handled our situation. Heritage Roofing is a really great company, and I give them my very highest recommendation!
