Very disappointed on Heritage Roofing . Lack of taking responsibility for what could have been a horrible accident , the pipe connecting to the furnace was dislodged when the roof vent was removed while installing the roof (roof is great) however the fact remains that the dislodging of the pipe could have been a silent killer because of Carbon Monoxide , alarm did not go off it Passed city inspection because ??? You could not have noticed unless you were the person who accidentally did this , just saying .

Every now and then you come across a great company with integrity and exemplary leadership. Heritage Roofing is one of those companies, and Todd, the new owner, is an honest, fair and good man. Heritage put on a new roof for us almost five years ago for an extemely competitive price. They did a great job, but there was a very minor issue that came up with the roof. When I heard Heritage Roofing had a different owner than the guy I dealt with when we had the new roof put on, I wasn't sure what to expect. But Todd was amazing, exactly what a customer would hope for under the very best of circumstances. He was extremely responsive, fair and he took care of the issue right away. These days, I'm sorry to say, one doesn't always see this kind of customer service. But when one does, I think it deserves a special mention. I have the highest respect for Todd and the way he handled our situation. Heritage Roofing is a really great company, and I give them my very highest recommendation!

I want to say a special thanks to Todd, the new owner of Heritage Roofing. In July 2019 I had a wonderful experience with Dave Brown, the former owner. However I recently found out that something I'd asked for was not done as per our agreement. When I contacted Heritage, and found out that Dave had retired and sold the business to Todd, I explained the situation. I was quite upset and Todd looked into it and stated that since I had a verbal contract with Dave he was going to take care of the situation for me. He is a man of his word and remedied the issue for me to my satisfaction. I recommend Todd and Heritage Roofing to all.

Todd and the crew at Heritage are amazing! They came highly recommended by my realtor and I couldn't be happier. Todd was highly responsive with his communication, and was a part of the whole process from start to finish. The crew was fast and professional, completing the install in one day. Extra time and effort were taken with the clean up, and the yard looked immaculate after they had left. Their pride in workmanship is evident in the beautiful new roof I have. Just had a new roof installed this past week by Heritage, after they came highly recommended by our contractor. We still got a couple of other bids, but not only did Todd/Heritage give us a good price, but we were also impressed by Todd's communication and follow up. So glad we went with them. His crew was great, they did a good job, and were thorough in their clean up.

We just had a new roof installed by heritage roofing. Todd Feliciano is the owner and was so easy to work with. I was indecisive about color and material and he was extremely helpful. His team was first rate and did an exceptional job. We had a GAF SEQUOIA installed and it is beautiful. The clean up looked like they were never there. First rate!!
