Heritage Roofing team did an excellent job on my new roofs. He did two of my houses a week apart. Todd and his crew are very hardworking. Todd communicated with me at all times from the time he came out for quoting through after the installation was complete. I got multiple quotes and found that his pricing was very fair for the quality of work completed. He didn't try to upsell me on anything. I told him I wanted to add a few more services, but he talked me out of it with a clear explanation of why it was not worth the money. I will use Todd for other roofing needs in the future and will recommend him to friends and family.

When someone is as personable as Todd was, AND the work is really good and priced right, I feel so lucky to have depended on their services. Todd went the extra mile without seeming to at all because he cares about his work. Our roof needed to go back to the original wood shingles and required new skip sheeting and a lot of dry rot repair. It was all done with new gutters in three days with no mess left anywhere. What a pleasure to see such fast results. Thank you Todd!

We had Heritage put a new roof on our house and they did an excellent job. Todd came out and inspected the roof. He said we could go another few years and we appreciated his honesty. We were thinking about putting solar on so we decided to go through with getting a new roof. He was very communicative and we set up a schedule for a couple of weeks out. Even with the Covid-19 virus, he kept to the schedule. His crew did a fabulous job. They were done in a day and a half and the roof looks great! The cleanup was immaculate. We're very impressed with Heritage and highly recommend them.

Heritage roofing recently did my roof and it looks fantastic. I must say the quote was very reasonable and the job was done on time. I only needed two quotes to know that they were the right place to get my roof....especially since they were recommended by a friend of mine who is a painting contractor.

The crew was very friendly and did a great job on cleaning everything up. In the end I have a new 50 year roof that looks great, new gutters, and it was done for a very reasonable price. Thanks Dave and gang!

I recently purchased an old home that was build in Rincon Valley in 1969. It is a charming and well kept old home. I bought it knowing that it had a new roof put on within this past year.
The roof looks fantastic! It is a beautiful dark grey color. Something I look for as I had this very color on my last home, and it proved to be a very versatile color as I could match nearly any exterior paint colors to it!
Moving on to what began to irk me... so I get into my new home, and began to put things away and store stuff into the attic. And there I began to notice is a huge mess of shingles and construction debris from the new roof job. I kept telling myself you got this... day after day, which then became week after week of cleaning old shingles, sawdust, wood scraps and construction debris... still telling myself... You got this Anthony. It's just a mess of old shingles... but you got a nice new roof. In reality I should have called Mr. Dave Brown right off the bat!!! (I should have given Heritage a chance to help me with this mess... that's another reason why I am not holding this part against them!)

So I'm up in the attic over Thanksgiving week cleaning up this mess of shingles, saw dust and wood debris, along with rat shit, dead rats and a boat load of other trash... And for whatever reason I started to noticed beams of daylight shining through from around my chimney. Mind you it's pouring rain very hard outside. So I began to look around the chimney and inspect it more and there's water leaking in and running down my brick chimney. I call and emailed Heritage as fast as I could. I was biting my nails nervously waiting and thinking that they would not get back to me. Mostly because I've had many bad experiences with contractors in the past... but low and behold, Mr. Dave Brown the owner of Heritage Roofing company called me back twice the very next day! Unfortunately I had forgotten my phone at home and was unable to speak with him.

So he followed up by emailing me. And got me on his schedule the VERY next business day! The roof technician who came out was very professional and listened to my observations of the problem very closely and he inspected the chimney flashing and leak issues. He did an extremely through job fixing it. He also took the time to explain to me what he did and what his own observations were! WOW!!! What excellent customer service!!!! He also said he will come back to paint it within the next week when the caulking sealant has dried!

I was cringing very badly going into this. Because it has been my experience that in the past if a construction company does a poor job cleaning up after themselves that they only care to bang out the job, so they can move on to the next one. I do NOT think that was the case here. I do think my homes previous owner was a pack rat and did not have the attic kept in a manner that would allow this company to clean up after themselves. I am refraining from showing the embarrassing photos of the mess here on yelp. Because I do not think that the roofing company is fully at fault for the mess. I think our attic was so packed with junk from the prior owners that the roofing company could not clean up properly...

I am EXTREMELY thankful that there are construction companies who still care about their reputation and their clients enough to make good on a leaking roof!!! And not just care about their bottom line.

Mr. Dave Brown, and heritage Roofing team my hat is off to you! Thank you very very very much for helping make this stressful situation of a leaking chimney flashing right!!!!!

I hope this fix holds up to the next round of rain... and many more!

We got several bids on getting a new roof and were very concerned given all the construction going on in Sonoma County. Dave at Heritage is fantastic! He gave us a very fair price and the workmanship was excellent - far beyond what we were expecting. His crew was timely, respectful and did a very thorough clean-up. Heritage Roofing recently put a new roof on our house. They seemed to do a good job although I didn't get on the roof to check things out - but will find out this winter! The workmen did an excellent job cleaning up and Dave Brown, the owner, was initially easy to work with.

While the rooofers put on the roof my wife and I were sitting in the family room when all of a sudden the bottom of the solar tube in our family room ceiling fell on our relatively new wood floor. I was concerned not only about the floor but the solar tube. The workman said he would fix it. He had the top of the solar tube off, and I was concerned about rain leaking in. Called Dave that Friday to report the situation but never heard from him - never heard from him Saturday, Sunday or Monday! Tuesday he came over to be paid! I asked him why he didn't come out or call before this, and he said he trusted his workman and he had personal business to attend to. I explained how the workmen fixed the problem - two of them brought in a ladder that needed to be laid against something like a wall to work. I volunteered my A-Frame ladder but they said they didn't need it. One held the ladder while the other climbed up to fix the bottom of the solar tube. It looked like a circus act!

The more I thought about the way it was ""fixed"" the more concerned I got, so I called a solar tube company to check things out. The top of the solar tube was smashed down and the entire tube had to be replaced costing me more $$$.

With the way they ""fixed"" the solar tube, Dave ignoring my call and the additional cost to replace the damaged solar tube, my rating for this job is a 3.

I just had David come out and inspect my roof after the fire. I have had a hard time trying to get someone to come out since the Fire. I tried to get Stephen Curley Roofing to come out since he is the one that put the roof on 4 years ago and he would only come out if I gave him $ 450. To inspect it. David came out and spent about 5 minutes and did not even charge I offered. Like David said we are local and I live here too. A very genuine guy.I would highly recommend his company.

Heritage replaced the roof on our house and did a great job. They also replaced some siding which had rotted out and after the replacement was painted, you couldn't tell that it wasn't original. The crew was friendly and polite but boy did they work hard -- it was in the high 90's and they really got a lot of work done. I have had other roofs done (in another state) and spent months still finding nails and shingle bits in the yard & washing down the gutters. With Heritage, once the job was done they cleaned up so well that we didn't find any nails afterwards. This was very quality job and we strongly recommend the company to our friends & family.

We hired Heritage to re-roof our rental house in Oakmont.They had a great price and were easy to work with, but they left the replaced trim and downspouts unpainted. Having recently had the house repainted, we had the touch up paint, but it was never asked for. Heritage would not return to finish the job and we had to hire another person to finish what they should have started. You get what you pay for.
