We provide installation and assembly for outdoor sun screens, awnings, garage overhead storage systems, Safe Racks, Versa Racks, and products from Amazon and Costco. We transitioned from a large remodeling firm to a maintenance and handyman service. I enjoy helping my clients; I have been a licensed builder in two different states. I launched my business as a roofing contractor.

James H.TERRIBLE! Unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience with Heritage Home Maintenance. I contacted John Ingram to do some roof repairs on my home. Upon receiving a quote I requested a few additional repairs. John agreed and told me he would revise the quote and begin the roof work the following week. He NEVER SHOWED UP to do the work, no call, nothing. I called him to find out what happened and John told me the job was too little money to be worth his time. I contacted another roofing company and they completed the job the next day for cheaper than the quote I received from Heritage Home Maintenance. NOT PROFESSIONAL, VERY UNRELIABLE.
