James H.TERRIBLE! Unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience with Heritage Home Maintenance. I contacted John Ingram to do some roof repairs on my home. Upon receiving a quote I requested a few additional repairs. John agreed and told me he would revise the quote and begin the roof work the following week. He NEVER SHOWED UP to do the work, no call, nothing. I called him to find out what happened and John told me the job was too little money to be worth his time. I contacted another roofing company and they completed the job the next day for cheaper than the quote I received from Heritage Home Maintenance. NOT PROFESSIONAL, VERY UNRELIABLE.
John V.Heritage is probably the most professional home repair company I've worked with over the last 12 years. They did a great job on my siding, made recommendations to help save money and most importantly didn't leave until the job was done right! I highly recommend them.
