Hercules Roofing did an amazing job on our new roof. They were very knowledgeable and were in contact with us every step of the way. Buck was great from day one answering any questions we had helping us pick out which roof would be best for our home. Mark was very professional and on top of everything when it came to the installation of the roof. Pricing was great! I highly recommend them to everyone.

I called Hercules roofing and it took 10 rings on the phone for someone to finally answer, we set up an appointment for 9:00 sharp and the guy showed up at 9:30 and then after asking for an estimate for a new roof the guy left without one word. This company doesn't know how to run a business and the people are very nasty and rude, I would never do business with a company like this where no one answers phones, they arrive late and then just leave because you asked a question....WORST ROOFING COMPANY IHAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE....DISGUSTING PEOPLE!!!!!!

I was recommended to Hercules by a neighbor who had a very good experience. He had used Hercules on a few different rental homes he owned.
I had previously hired a slightly cheaper contractor to redo my 30 year old roof. However the contractor couldn't pass inspections (he had used the cheaper nails, cheaper lining, etc), the process was taking forever and rainy season was coming. Gil spent a lot of time in my attic, trying to figure out what had been correctly, what needed to be redone, etc. He came up with a very reasonable fee to finish the job. It was done quickly, passed inspection and the roof has not had any issues.

We're really happy with Hercules Roofing's work & customer service. Gil & Wayne really went out of their ways to make sure my wife and I were happy with the new roof. Having dealt with three previous roof installs in other properties I know how hard it is to find a good roofing company. There was a hole in the valley. I called Hercules Roofing to find the culprit and perform repairs to stop the leak. They charged me $1300 for the repairs, and the work took about two hours. Then, it leaked again within a matter of months in the same area! I contacted the owner regarding the leak, and didn't expect to pay because the work was supposed to be covered by warranty. Owner Gil Stein and Operations Manager Wayne Franklin refused and pointed out that the leak came from the upper valley, and said the patched up hole wouldn't have worked anyway. The bottom line is, their argument was illogical. They quoted the repairs to be $2588 on top of what I had paid months ago. I hired another roofer with 40 years of experience, and he was stunned with the shoddy work performed by Hercules Roofing, and was stunned by the price they quoted me for. Put simply, AVOID THIS COMPANY! They wouldn't honor warranty agreement and would come up with various excuses to make you pay more. Hercules Roofing is run by corrupt, unethical, immoral people. They're not worthy of any recognition by anyone. I will also file reports against the company to various entities. BEWARE of this company!
