Pat Herbert, once again, to the rescue! We've had two roof leaks on two different properties over the last couple of years, and Pat was here instantly, expertly patching and completely fixing the problem. Then, after last month's snow storm, he immediately came out to remove a large branch that pierced through the roof on an overhang, His job is so perfect, you'd never be able to find where the damage had been done! He did a wonderful job installing gutter guards after repairing the gutters.....the list goes on and on and on. Honest, friendly, reliable, impeccable workmanship!!!!

Herbert's Overhead put new roofs on our 80 year old shed and cottage that had lots of dry rot on both, and damage from a huge pine tree growing right next to the shed roof which literally mangled the roof... i should have taken before photos so you could see how nice they look after they got done... we had them extend the eaves on the wall over the front door of the cottage which meant adding new rafters which meant they had to get very creative - and it turned out beautiful... very personable, friendly, good communication, on time, reliable, hard-workers - simply awesome guys... they know all about roofs, and they cleaned up the area after the job... they were our only bid (it was free) as we had a really good feeling about them immediately and their quote was very reasonable...

we are fortunate to live in Nevada County and have them there - you won't be sorry...

Pat and Sarah work their business so well together. Sarah manages the office and scheduling of appointments and Pat always shows up on the appointed day and time. He works fast and efficiently and is very polite and helpful. He does an excellent job and we couldn't be more happy that we found him a few years ago. We highly recommend Herbert's Overhead Maintenance for cleaning gutters and now that we had Pat install gutter covers, we are extra happy so now he will just need to do a quick blow of the roof once or twice a year. Pat and his partner serviced my house in Chicago Park for the first time this week. I couldn't be happier with the service. Pat cleaned the roof, gutter system and made a repair to a section of gutter. Pat also found a few singles which had loosened and slid down the roof which he repaired. I would likely be facing a much larger bill down the road for a leaky roof had he not fixed the issue. The price was more than fair. Pat also went above and beyond by blowing the needles off my long driveway. I will likely higher him to install new gutter guards before next season.

Horrendous customer service. Why would I trust them to do quality work if they can't even show up for a previously scheduled appointment, no phone call or e-mail - just no-show. Complete disregard for my time as a customer. Buyer beware - I have only witnessed incompetence with this company.
