We called Herbert's because we wanted to support a local small family business, and their website spoke to that. However, overall, the experience in trying to actually schedule the job and also get a copy of their insurance was unusual at best. We finally had to pass. I know times are full of change right now and we're all moving fast with everything going on, but I would just say beware, depending upon your needs.

Called Herbert's to clean out my rain gutters - you know getting ready for the rainy season coming in a couple of months vs. waiting for the rain to come first. He came out within a few days - gave me a very fair bid on the spot and I asked him when he could come and clean them out. He said, ""how about right now!"" Really? He said, ""I'm here!"" My gutters were gunked up really bad and birds had put acorns in them and little oak trees were growing out of the gutters. He and his friend had them cleaned in an hour and I gave them a tip cause of the great job they did and they cleaned up after themselves. He's my go to gutter guy from now on!!!!!!!

I really wish I could give 10 stars!

We struggled for months to get a hold of someone for roof leak repairs, we were stood up by several people and had a few come out and were not prompt or helpful. Pat came and saved the day! He was the only person who showed up exactly when he said he would be here. Everything was fixed timely and at a fair price.

Pat's Wife Sarah handled all the phone calls and scheduling, she was amazing and understanding and helpful. What a team!

Pat Herbert, once again, to the rescue! We've had two roof leaks on two different properties over the last couple of years, and Pat was here instantly, expertly patching and completely fixing the problem. Then, after last month's snow storm, he immediately came out to remove a large branch that pierced through the roof on an overhang, His job is so perfect, you'd never be able to find where the damage had been done! He did a wonderful job installing gutter guards after repairing the gutters.....the list goes on and on and on. Honest, friendly, reliable, impeccable workmanship!!!!
