I called for an estimate and waited for a week for someone to show up randomly at my house the estimator was here for quite some time and called me back a week later to come back out to my house to go back over something And never gave me an estimate I called several times and never had my messages responded to.

I received a roof inspection during the homebuying process back in March 2020. Due to Covid, we had to put home repairs on hold for a few months but when we were finally able to get around to fixing things in August, I contacted Jerry Herbert roofing and the original quote was honored without any issues at all. They told me they were about a week out but they ended up being able to get to my project after only a couple days. The communication was great, customer service was second to none, and the end product was fantastic. We've got another roofing project at another property and we're so excited we have found an honest, hard working roofing company to tackle it.

I have used the Jerry Herbert Roofing Company since 1977, when Jerry came out to our Yucaipa Home to successfully fix and repair our tile roof. Since then, we now have a Redlands Address and our current home has more than doubled in tile roof area and thus, it needs more roof maintenance.

Throughout these many years, Jerry Herbert Roofing Company has continued to provide outstanding roofing services. Whenever they are called to fix and repair the needed roofing area, they also check the entire roof for broken tiles or whatever else may need attention; this reduces the need to have them come back again to fix another roofing area.

Without question, they have easily received our Five Star ***** Approval Rating for their roofing services.

I called this company the beginning of last week in an attempt to get a quote of a roofing job on my residence. No return phone call after message left. I called again the next day and spoke with a female who answered the phone. She gave me an appointment for someone to come either Monday or Tuesday this week ( July 30-31st). I waited and waited. No call or show, so I called and left a message on their answering machine once again. Once again no return phone call. I won't do business with this company cause regardless how long they've been around they're very unprofessional as far as contacting customers attempting to get ahold of them.
