Efren came by to check our roof for leaks after a big rain. He helped look inside the house at a leak we had and provided useful feedback. He was nice, prompt and professional. We will call them if we have roofing issues.

I needed a replacement roof on a house and garage. The owner helped me choose the color and roofing materials which turned out to be perfect with color of the house & trim. Henry Roofing workers kept me informed throughout the process. They found some dry rot and with my approval did the necessary repairs. They also replaced the old gutters with new ones that perfectly matched the trim. They were very careful at all times and at the end of each day they cleaned the area surrounding the house and garage. When the inspector came, he said they do everything right! I am very happy that I chose an honest, hard-working roofing company: Henry Roofing.

Minus stars if was an option.. Where should I begin! The initial phone call to get my business was great, they came out to give me an estimate which was responsible. They came out and ""SUPPOSEDLY"" repaired the roof leak I had on over my bathroom. This was after the first rain storm we had the year, when the second short storm we had my tenant noticed the roof was still leaking. I contacted the should I say I TRIED contacting them with never an answer or return phone call or text. They charged my $700.00 for a repair they never fixed.. This company is worthless, crooks and just plain unprofessional. BEWARE they stole my money and I'm sure they'd steal yours..

I had a roof replacement, shake underneath a Cal metal roof so basically 2 roofs removed. Efren R. recommend a CertainTeed energy star roof. Back in October 2020 I had new roof put on. I waited until now for my review thinking this roof wasn't going to cool my house being my upstairs would get so hot in summer. I can honestly say I'm so impressed how cool my upstairs is with this roof with temperatures outside reaching as hi as 115* my a/c broke down just had ceiling fans on and was 85* inside. The cost was within budget for my home size, they where very professional cleaned up my yard after completing.

Henry Roofing was recommended to me by my awesome realtor Paulo Corro and my experience did not disappoint. Very professional, very timely, and high quality work. They repaired our roof as well as installed new gutters. Both crews did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. All the work was coordinated by Efren who was very responsive and apologetic when the work was delayed slightly due to weather and how busy they are. I definitely recommend Henry Roofing and would use them again!

This is the second time we've used them, and again, they were great. Effren came out to look at a leak around a skylight. Instead of scheduling someone to come out later and seal the cracks, he just did it himself while he was there. He also advised that if it didn't hold, what they would come out and do to repair it and gave us an estimate. He refused to take any money for the sealing he did. This is old fashioned good service which we really really appreciate.

Efren from Henry Roofing was just at our house for an estimate on something that turns out to be a pretty small fix.

Efren was punctual and SO incredibly nice: he explained what needed to be done, giving two options: repair or replace, and talked through the logic of which made more sense, which is the repair.

He gave a reasonable price for them to do the work, and then even told us we could probably do it ourselves. He wrote up the estimate and even pulled up the product they would use online so that we could buy it ourselves at home depot. I think he explained what needed to be done three or four times to make sure we got it.

If they had earlier availability we would happily pay them to do it, but alas they are booked up for a while (we waited too long to call!). So, we will probably attempt it ourselves. But I am left feeling blown away by the time and care that Efren took with us on a simple bid, and will absolutely call him if we aren't successful or if we need any future roofing help.

To be fair, the roof itself is great. So I needed to update this in accordance. Customer service/clean up afterwards: not so much. Workmanship? It's a roof and it's lasted us all this time without incident.
