Efren from Henry Roofing was just at our house for an estimate on something that turns out to be a pretty small fix.

Efren was punctual and SO incredibly nice: he explained what needed to be done, giving two options: repair or replace, and talked through the logic of which made more sense, which is the repair.

He gave a reasonable price for them to do the work, and then even told us we could probably do it ourselves. He wrote up the estimate and even pulled up the product they would use online so that we could buy it ourselves at home depot. I think he explained what needed to be done three or four times to make sure we got it.

If they had earlier availability we would happily pay them to do it, but alas they are booked up for a while (we waited too long to call!). So, we will probably attempt it ourselves. But I am left feeling blown away by the time and care that Efren took with us on a simple bid, and will absolutely call him if we aren't successful or if we need any future roofing help.

To be fair, the roof itself is great. So I needed to update this in accordance. Customer service/clean up afterwards: not so much. Workmanship? It's a roof and it's lasted us all this time without incident.

Tim and his team did an excellent job with the installation of a new roof for my home. They kept the yard tidy during the installation and cleaned up afterwards. I feel they did an excellent job and would recommend that anyone looking for a new roof give them a call.

this company did the roof on my grandmothers house. came highly recommended...but the quality of the roof and workmanship are absolute garbage. they filled up the furnace with debris which had to be cleaned out. good thing we had it checked or a fire would have happened, the gutters are crooked and dont slope towards the down spouts, the downspouts are put where they will flood sections of the backyard. after spending 20k on her roof my grandmother Joy Henslin cant even get anyone to come out or call her back.....do yourself a favor and do not use this company they take advantage of older people

Unreliable, they never emailed me my estimate and have failed to return my calls twice. I'm trying to get my roof patched before the rain, and they have totally wasted my time.

I am so impressed with Henry Roofing. Honesty, integrity and great service. In the past we have used them on several houses, always a great turnout. Recently, my parent's roof had a small leak (Henry Roofing did not do the original roof). My husband called them to come out and take a look at their roof since we trust their opinion and work. Efren came out, found a small hole in the roof where a screw had been and repaired it. It was a quick fix, but the honesty and kindness he showed my parents was awesome. We will never use another roofing company. Henry Roofing has clients for life and we will ALWAYS highly recommend them!!!! EXCELLENT!!!!

I got four quotes for my roof and Henry Roofing was not only the most expensive but the date to complete the job out by over 3 months, during the winter. I went with another roofer with the lower bid but most importantly the sooner time table. After the fact, Henry Roofing is charging me $1500 for their so called ""free estimate"" but threating to sue me for the complete job of over $11,000 if I don't pay the $1500. Very unethical!

I'll never use this roofing company ever and will never recommend it. I have them come out twice to repair the area of my roof and still leaks and just created more problem and water damage. And I have to pay you for a lousy job.

Finally, a new roof! I was a little skeptical about getting my roof done at the beginning of 2019 because of all the rain...but I really needed the roof fixed. I didn't do all the heavy research to find a roofing business so i went with ratings and reviews on one business and so i called Henrys Roofing and Efren came over to give me a quote. We introduced ourselves and i basically told him what i needed to have accomplished, he showed me his samples of comp roofing materials, i made my selection, set up a month-day-time and just waited. A week out from the scheduled date the weather was not going to work with us and a storm was ready to make an impact. Efren called me and asked if he and his team can come before the rain...again feeling skeptical about the timing, i asked for reassurance ""can you complete this project before the heavy rain arrives?"" And with confidence he replied ""yes, we can complete the roof before the rain!""...sure enough the roof was completed in 2 1/2 days. The rain arrived and pounded the roof!...and best of all NO LEAKS. These guys (7 of them) moved quick and efficiently on removal and replaced alot of wood due to dryrot but also keeping the surroundings clean from debris especially the nails.
Overall, no special sales pitch, all straight responses, great effort, they cleaned up after each day and were fair priced.
My roof will look great for the next 20yrs easy (or at least in the remainder of my lifetime).
