In late February we had Henris at moms house out in the country of Petaluma. 2 story house on the side of a hill. The crew early, was quick & efficient and a pleasure to work with. They were there for 2 days & did a beautiful job! She had them do the flat roof over her patio room as well as the shingle roof on the rest of the house. She hired them because of a recommendation from a family friend, they are a locally owned business & their reputation. They did as promised! And because of the excellent job they did at moms house I hired them to replace my roof in Rohnert Park. When I called Dan in mid-October, he said he would do his best to have it done before Christmas. Next thing I know he's calling me on a Friday a couple weeks later and asking if Monday will work for me. Ernie (the crew foreman) arrived about a 1/2+ hour early, his crew was a little bit later. They started off with cold blue skies, & shortly after noon they were scrambling to cover my roof with tarps because the sky opened up with a downpour that lasted 10 +/- minutes. My roof was most the way striped. After the rain stopped Ernie came in to check my house for leaks & was on the phone with Dan letting him know the details. Luckily the only spot that got wet was in the garage & it was minimal. I told him it wasn't worth worrying about. Because of the rain & the setback it caused they were here for the roof on Monday & Tuesday & came back on Wednesday for the final clean up. They did an amazing job! Dan said they'd try to get it done before Christmas & they got it done before Halloween! AND it was done before the nasty rainstorms we just recently had! I had received a few other quotes before hiring Henris & chose them for the same reasons mom did. And I am not disappointed at all. As well as having our roofs done, we both also needed our gutters replaced. Dan gave his recommendation & we had that done as well. If you need your roof done, I highly recommend Henris. They are worth it!

Henris to the rescue. The very steep, 65 year old cement tile, roof on our church suffered damage with leaking into the sanctuary. Most roofers were unwilling to touch the job or provided extremely high bids. Dan at Henris did a great job putting the bid together and retaining the proper subs to carry out the work. Henris was very responsive and easy to work with and they followed the schedule as promised. A beautiful job.

I recently had my roof replaced by Henri's. Shortly after I noticed that none of the vents were painted. When I asked them about it, I was told they don't do that anymore because people complain they don't like the color after. My neighbor hired them to replace their roof the year prior and all vents were painted by them. I asked if they would paint them and was told no. After spending $25,000+ with them, I thought the least they could do is paint the vents. I will never refer them to anyone and if you do hire them, get it in the contract if you want your vents painted. How cheap are these people. Customer service obviously is not a priority.

The problems that have been created for us after Henris did our roof just keeps growing. First the roof had such complicated leaks that it soaked our support beams and mold grew. - It took weeks to get them to approve the warrantee, and them weeks later to fix the problems.

Next, there was another leak after our warantee expired. Then, after all of these repairs, the shingles were cracked. Now, we are replacing the roof again and we find that there are now two layers of shingles on the roof. they didnt even remove the existing old shingles, even though they said they were doing that! The new roof is costing us even more money to replace their bad work. This company is horrible.

My mom's tar and gravel roof had been leaking due to the heavy winter storms. Dan came out twice to inspect the roof and detached garage and gave us a very reasonable estimate. I was concerned that the scheduling would be a long wait but they were there within a very short time. There was a lot of dry rot that needed repair and we hired a separate contractor for that work. Henris coordinated with them to have the roof done quickly despite the hot weather. Henris cleaned the job site every day before leaving and left no mess afterwards. We were very satisfied with this professional and efficient company and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

5 star service! A big shout out to Henris Roofing in Petaluma! We had a leak in our tile roof that was in a tricky area (very high up). We called several roofers, and Henris was the only one who came out THE VERY NEXT DAY to repair the leak on the spot. It literally took them 2 hours from start to finish. Next time you have a leak, call them FIRST. Dan Lawrence is their estimator and Kris & Tomas were the repair guys.

Henris Roofing re roofed my Bodega Bay house a little over 20 years ago. Time came when the flat and pitched roofs needed replacing. I was pleased that the first job lasted so well so long. Recently the Henris completed a full reroofing in a timely way, cleaned up the yard and now we are set for at least another 20 years. I want to commend them for a job well done. Thank you Henris. Reliable and honest company. They were able To work around an existing condition we had. They did two types of roofs for us. Comp shingle and hot asphalt. Dan was reliable and very commutative. Look forward to using them again on another two projects.
