Just before Christmas, we had a leak develop in our living room. Danielle with Hendrick Roofing returned my call promptly and sent someone out to assess the leak. He quickly found the problem to be a "" loose shingle"" and repaired it quickly with no charge. He told me to call back if the roof started leaking again. We had a few rain storms since then, and NO LEAK. I know we will need a new roof soon and I know we will be calling Hendrick to have it done!

I am not a big review writer; however I must sing the praises of Hendrick Roofing. I received a notice from my insurance company that my roof ""ONLY"" had 3 years of useful life left and they would be cancelling my insurance if I did not replace it in the next 5 months.!! I contacted Hendrick roofing as they had previously replaced my roof 15 years ago. I spoke with Kelly who said she would get me a quote right away (which she did). I accepted the quote on Thursday, I was going to ask how quickly the work could get done when Kelly informed me it would be within the next couple of weeks. I later got a call from Nick letting me know they would be starting the following week. Well come Tuesday morning I had a Roof Crew at my front door starting the project.!!!! I cant tell you how amazed I was! And by the way, they were done on Wednesday. The job; from first contact to finish was done quickly (within 2 weeks), cleanly and efficiently for what I considered to be a fair price.

I own a commercial bank building and I spent $26,000 upon Hendrick's recommendation less than 4 years ago on my roof, including a 10 year warranty. I'm not new at this. I own many properties with much roof replacement experience. Never have I experienced anything like this. I called Hendrick from a simple google search, but did not look here first. My roof now is failing and Hendrick's response is that it is my job to pay for maintenance on it. Maintenance? There are no moving parts! There is nothing referring to that in our contract. So it is my fault? They refuse to fix it and what is more, the owner, Randy, uses foul language of every type when you simply try to point out that there is a problem. It's like talking with a crook. In fact, it is talking with a crook. Please be advised that you are not dealing with honest people here.

Nice people, TERRIBLE ROOFS!!!

Hendricks put a new roof on our house less than 2 years ago. It has leaked repeatedly ever since it was installed. They have been out to ""fix"" it 4 to 6 times, each time claiming that they took care of it. $11,000 for a roof and the roof still leaks. The prior roof was on for over 18 years and never had a leak!! Staff is very friendly and responsive - but who cares - I would rather not have water on my living room floor and damaged plaster ceilings!!!!!

I highly suggest not using this awful and rude company! My management company hired them to replace my skylight and I'm still experiencing some leaking. The owner came out today and I wanted to show him a picture of where the roof is leaking inside and he said he was not interested in seeing it. He put a moisture meter which he had a hard time getting it to calibrate and held it to my ceiling and said it's totally dry and there is no moisture. He was very nasty and said he had other clients that their homes are flooding compared to mine and that I don't have a problem with my roof. If he has other clients that their house is flooding it just shows how good his workers are in repairing roofs. They just love to get paid but if you still have a leak they just deny that you have a problem. Do yourself a favor a don't use this company!

We have used this company for many years and have found them to be reliable and trustworthy and competitively priced. We have had 2 different roofs replaced by them and had repairs done also. When you find a roofing company that has been in business for as many years as Hendrick, they must be doing something right.

Avoid this company at all costs! Such a sham. Was told they could repair our roof. After paying and supposed repair, leaks remained. Called them back and was given some ridiculous excuse that it needed to take a few rains before it would ""take"". Many more unreturned calls without any resolution. After finally speaking with owner was told we needed a new roof and that he would only put our initial repair cost towards his installation of a new roof. Run, run, run from this unscrupulous company. They don't deserve any stars but I I don't want people to think they are unrated so giving one worthless star.

Had this company out to repair a leak and Billy ,the roofer said he knew exactly where it was. He tore back shingle and torched new bitumen in the dead valley. 6 months later, we are having same problem , he comes out and says water meter says it is dry no leak. Had them come out again in a year, still same place leaking. Tells me, you should always have your roof inspected every 3 months and the repair he did was not going to eliminate the problem but was a remedial fix. I told him the other roofers said it needed more extensive work done and he told me, no he knew what he was doing. So $ 750.00 later , roof leaking again and now will pay the other company $1400.00 to actually fix the leak for the long term. Owner was suppose to call and discuss 3 days ago and no word or follow up from anyone. Avoid this company, they don't solve the problem.
