We've been thinking about getting solar for a very long time and were always hesitant because of the high upfront cost of installation. After discussing the idea with a few trusted friends we decided to see what it would take to have it installed. Doing the research was the challenging part, but with the right information and guidance, we quickly realized it was a no-brainer to install panels at our house (free electricity!). Helios came out to give us a bid on the project and we scheduled installation for the following week.

Jose and the crew came very early in the morning as promised, were clean and extremely personable. Although they planned to have the installation completed in 1 day, due to the extreme heat on install day and the breaks they had to take because of it they had to return for a second day. No biggie, especially since we work from home. Once that was out of the way, our system was up and running immediately.

Ben, their inspector, and their main office were prompt in communication and made the whole back-end feel smooth and effortless. They guided us through the federal rebate and worked with our budget to give us the best bang for our buck. Good overall experience
