Run for the hills! If you are considering this company, don't. They present as professional but the job just doesn't get done. It has been a year since the contract was signed and roof still isn't done. They promised it would be water tight after work began and that didn't happen either. Now they are ""at the mercy"" of the distributors and have no idea when the roof tiles can be delivered. Owner will not return phone calls and due to these delays, they will now have to re-paper the roof. It is a disaster. I hope to save others from a similar fate.

After setting a time to look at my roof (8am-9am), I'm called at 9am to be told they can't coe till afternoon, After they came to see my roof, I'm told I will get a call the later that day or tomorrow with my estimate, never get a call, instead on the third day I receive an email at 10pm with a contract to repair ($1200). They say they can come start repair four days from the contract being signed, the day they are suppose to start work, I'm call at 8am, they say they cant start until next week now (that's 10 days after contract was signed). I have a second roof contractor come take a look, turns out my roof is fine, the leak is from my AC unit. I lost $200 to cancel a contract I never needed.
Hard to get in contact with office, do not return phone calls or voice mails, disrespectful and only out for money, not helping the customer.

I am not happy at all with this company. The salesman said they would start work in two weeks and it was over two months - after rainy season had started. Every time I called to see when they would start I got a different excuse. They removed my gutters, said it was not their responsibility to replace them, and caused my screen porch to leak. The workers didn't speak English so when I had a question I had to call the office and wait for the foreman to call me back, and that sometimes took days. The finished metal roof looks all right except for the panels in the front that don't appear to be straight. I would not recommend this company.
