They have fixed her home and provided us with an extended warranty of which I am most confident our problems will be resolved. We are grateful for their help.

Ask the ""owner for a contract ask for a copy of his business license, insurance ask him for his office address, he has he has MONEY problems so he will do anything to get it, including lies, cheat and threaten just look at the text messages. Do your self a huge favor and find a reputable roofer that has credentials. Would you want to find yourself dealing with someone that instead of trying to fix the problem spends his time answering reviews. Read the text again if you have question those are his words.Check the times back to back. I have contacted the news and two have called back to get this story. Wes has worked on both houses we have owned now. He replaced the full gutter system on our old home, and he also helped us repair damage we sustained from Hurricane Irma 1 week (eek!) before our old home closed. We recently called Wes to clean the gutters on our new home as the roof is very high. He came out and completed the job the same day. He went above and beyond by clearing off our deck and sidewalk.

We can always rely on Wes to get the job done. Not only does he do good work, but he also really has a good eye for design and color choices. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

I needed some repair work done on a roof at a rental property that I manage. Wes promptly responded to my request and actually went over to the property the same day to assess what needed to be done. I got a detailed quote along with pictures later that evening. He went out the next day (Sunday) and completed the job. He sent me pictures of the completed work. I was extremely pleased with his dependability and honesty. Would definitely recommended him and will call on him again if needed.

I asked for an estimate for repair of missing facia repair on my house and was informed that a visit to evaluate the damage would occur the next day, Saturday, November 10. Nobody showed up and no further contact was received from this company. Poor follow up is why I gave a 1 star rating.

We had this company replace our roof and they did a great job. They were very professional and they are definitely customer oriented. They also replaced my Mom's roof as well as the roofs of other family members. I would recommend them to anyone.

I messaged Heavenly Homes to see if I could have someone come out and identify where water was entering an exterior wall and causing a leak within a downstairs window frame. Wes responded within an hour and offered to stop by the next day to check it out. Wes was very informative and knowledgeable about the best flashing to use and the shortcuts that builders take building today's homes. Wes confirmed that the leak was most likely caused by an almost level brick window sill and a small gap between where the window and brick meets. Although I didn't hire Wes to fix my issue, I appreciated his promptness and willing to tell me exactly what I needed to do to fix it. He will be my first person to call for any roof related issues in the future.

We hired Heavenly Home Pros to repair termite damage on an interior wall, add onto our deck, and install a 220 outlet for a hot tub on the lower deck.
We were quoted a week timeframe of the job being completed. The only work that got completed was the interior termite damage and adding onto our deck which ended up taking about a month. The time for that to get completed did not bother us as it was mostly weather and staffing issues that slowed them down. The 220 outlet has still not been installed. Wes kept making excuses and we were very understanding. The project was scheduled to be completed early Dec it is now almost July. I feel we have given Heavenly Homes ample time to correct the issue. They no longer answer my calls and still have my garage door opener from the work that was done earlier. The work that was completed was good however the lack of professionalism and honesty from Wes ensures we will never use them again nor do we recommended his services. One of the excuses for not completing the project was he quoted wrong and could not do it for the price. My husband (an engineer) offered to help lay the conduit and help with any other small electrical tasks to cut costs yet they never came back out. We were promised one week after the next that it would get done. Sadly I still don't have a hot tub because of this issue. Be forewarned do not give them any money until all services are rendered.
