HEADS UP!

I contacted this owner a few weeks ago regarding roof repair. He was very honest about the scope of his company's work. He is a smaller business so is only considering larger projects. I appreciated this and can understand that some projects are just too small and some are going to be too large for certain businesses. My project was a little over $2000 so apparently he works above this price point.

You will notice the one star review and it is consistent with the level of communication I received. Wes was going to send me a write-up based on information I sent him, but there was no follow up. If you have ever read one of my reviews regarding contractors, you already know that I really value communication and the lack of communication prior to the job is an indication of communication during the job. If a contractor feels that he cannot provide an estimate after he agrees to do so, I absolutely expect a text or some type of communication indicating this is the case. It is a simple professional courtesy that costs nothing.

If I can't depend on you to handle a smaller job, I definitely can't depend on you to complete a larger more involved one. Choose wisely!

Wes and his team did a great job installing insulation in my attic today! It was fast, professional, and very well done. I'd recommend to anyone looking for insulation or roofing repairs to contact Wes!

Like other reviewers, I went through four other companies that gave me quotes, scheduled times, and then simply didn't show up or cancelled for some reason. Finally, a neighbor recommended Heavenly Home Pros to me. I submitted a form on their website and Wes responded via text the same day and scheduled a visit for an estimate. He showed up when he said, gave me a fair quote and we scheduled a day for the work. Wes kept in touch as a few scheduling issues popped up and was easy to get in touch with if I had additional questions. Him and his crew did great work and they were very detailed. Wes was honest with me about what needed to be done and what didn't. I would absolutely recommend Heavenly Home Pros to anyone who asked me for a roofing/repair company company. Glad to have these guys on my contact list.

They have fixed her home and provided us with an extended warranty of which I am most confident our problems will be resolved. We are grateful for their help.

Ask the ""owner for a contract ask for a copy of his business license, insurance ask him for his office address, he has he has MONEY problems so he will do anything to get it, including lies, cheat and threaten just look at the text messages. Do your self a huge favor and find a reputable roofer that has credentials. Would you want to find yourself dealing with someone that instead of trying to fix the problem spends his time answering reviews. Read the text again if you have question those are his words.Check the times back to back. I have contacted the news and two have called back to get this story. Wes has worked on both houses we have owned now. He replaced the full gutter system on our old home, and he also helped us repair damage we sustained from Hurricane Irma 1 week (eek!) before our old home closed. We recently called Wes to clean the gutters on our new home as the roof is very high. He came out and completed the job the same day. He went above and beyond by clearing off our deck and sidewalk.

We can always rely on Wes to get the job done. Not only does he do good work, but he also really has a good eye for design and color choices. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

I needed some repair work done on a roof at a rental property that I manage. Wes promptly responded to my request and actually went over to the property the same day to assess what needed to be done. I got a detailed quote along with pictures later that evening. He went out the next day (Sunday) and completed the job. He sent me pictures of the completed work. I was extremely pleased with his dependability and honesty. Would definitely recommended him and will call on him again if needed.

I asked for an estimate for repair of missing facia repair on my house and was informed that a visit to evaluate the damage would occur the next day, Saturday, November 10. Nobody showed up and no further contact was received from this company. Poor follow up is why I gave a 1 star rating.

We had this company replace our roof and they did a great job. They were very professional and they are definitely customer oriented. They also replaced my Mom's roof as well as the roofs of other family members. I would recommend them to anyone.
