At the recommendation of a friend, we recently employed Heart Roofing LLC to replace our 17 year old roof, and they did an amazing job! If I could give this company 10 stars I would! From start to finish, they executed each step in timely manner and communicated clearly with us throughout the process. Their workmanship was very high quality and the results for our home, beautiful! Their professionalism and dedication to customer service is unmatched, and I would HIGHLY recommend them! This is an A++++ company! If you're thinking about replacing your roof, or just have a repair, you cannot go wrong with Heart Roofing LLC! Save yourself the headache of dealing with other contractors and just hire them! You'll be glad you did!

Regarding my previous review, Heart has had a change of heart. Thomas (one of the owners) and I have had a conversation that has resulted in a resolution to the issue described. While Thomas nor I are pleased with the manner in which the issue was previously handled, a better resolution has concluded. Thomas did express to me his commitment to NO unhappy customers. My opinion is he was very sincere. While I can not rate my overall experience as 5 star I do think that all of us in the business of dealing with the general public is going to screw up occasionally. The manner in which a company pays for its own mistakes says a lot about the company itself. Heart Roofing has apologized and paid us for the extra cost we incurred. Perhaps any reader should base their opinion on other reviews. Not mine alone.

Wonderful experience with Heart Roofing. When our homes needed to have their roofs replaced I did a lot of research. I read many reviews as well as went on the Better Business Bureau website to find the top five roofing companies in the Melbourne area. After getting quotes from all five companies Heart Roofing not only gave me the best rate they also included a free 10-year annual inspection and maintenance as well as a wind mitigation inspection. No one came close to offering these rates or perks.

They made everything effortless and took care of every little detail. Their team of workers showed up on time and worked very hard and cleaned everything up when they were done. Their office was great at communicating with us to keep us informed of the delivery dates for the materials and dumpsters. Upon completion I immediately received an email from the wind mitigation inspector confirming an appointment date. Do not hesitate to give Heart a Roofing your business. You can tell this was not their first rodeo. They are true professionals in every way.

Heart Roofing just completed the re-roofing of our 2/2 home in Vero Beach. We are really happy with all aspects of the process. REALLY happy.

We called in 3 roofing companies for free evaluation and quotes -- two were recommended by neighbors and friends, one came after we researched reviews and company websites. We liked Heart's marketing message and their customer testimonials. Their quote was competitive with the other 2 companies, and they found issues and suggested solutions upon inspecting our old roof (including a 19' flat area where two rooflines meet and there was evidence of water collecting). Thomas, a company co-owner, suggested that they create a gently sloping v-shaped structure to direct water away and down the roof -- totally invisible from the street. Genius. And when on our roof for the estimate, Thomas videoed and narrated his evaluation of the roof's condition and issues, then shared it with us to review.

We ultimately chose Heart for the job and decided on asphalt architectural shingles with a 130 mph wind speed rating. Their crew was excellent -- great skill level and attitudes. Here's how it went:

Day 1: Dumpster on rubber tires cheerfully delivered to our driveway.
Day 2: Tarp off the vegetation, perform the tear-off, replace some rotten plywood (included in the initial quote), remove and dispose of our old rain gutters, and install the drip edge flashing, ridge vents, and new underlayment. (Complete site clean-up was performed at the end of the day.)
Day 3: City inspection. Pass.
Day 4: Half day of installing our new shingles -- then a thorough clean-up including wiping down our new white drip edge flashing.
Day 5: Final city inspection. Pass!

We'd highly recommend to others all aspects of this project. Heart Roofing excelled!

Heart RoofingThomas came out to give me a quote for a repair on a soft spot, that was causing a leak, I found on my roof. He was prompt, courteous and helpful. He immediately gave me a temporary fix to get me through a couple days of expected rain, and kept in contact with me for scheduling updates. The crew came out on time, complete the job and thoroughly cleaned up. I was sent pictures during and after the repair job. I'm so grateful and happy for how they took care of me.

Heart roofing has helped me 3 times so far!! (1) they repaired a roof cap in which the kitchen hood exhaust exits the home that was improperly installed by the previous contractor and caused a leak (2) I referred them to a customer (I am a real estate agent) and they moved me to the front of the line so the customer could close on the home on time, got the roof done quickly, at a super fair price and was flexible with the customer allowing them to pay for the roof out of their proceeds from closing on the sale of their home & (3) we used them on our home personally. They got us done quickly & did an amazing job.
The owner is on every job site and it is obvious that they give every job the quality it deserves.

Heart roofing did a fantastic job with our roofing project. The were prompt to provide their bid and very professional. Their price was much lower than other bids we got, and we absolutely loved the final product. Their workmen worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and left not a trace behind. We asked for help with an additional issue and they were more than happy to oblige. When we asked them to come back they were quick to come and followed up to ensure that we were entirely happy on every level.
