Heeart of Florida Roofing is exceptional !!! Chris Erichsen came out, flew a drone, provided a detailed list of repairs needed and costs.
Patrick Harder and his crew were outstanding- explained course of action, were very, very thorough, caring- matched the tiles very well and took pictures of all the area's repaired ( very much like signing your name to your work) . It was a totally wonderful experience with a company who exudes quality and a caring attitude !! I wholeheartedly recommend Heart of Florida Roofing ( 407-462-5414)

We are so happy we contacted Heart of Florida Roofing! Hurricane Milton caused some damage to our roof, and we were hesitant to ask for quotes from companies thinking we were just going to be taken advantage of considering the circumstances. Patrick was amazing at communicating, and providing clear expectations for the job. The pricing was fair, upfront, and we never felt any pressure to accept their services. We have a tile roof & had a ceiling stains that first appeared after Hurricane Ian. Another roofer (mis-)diagnosed it then as 1-time wind blown rain. Now a year later, more stains appeared. Mark came out and carefully inspected it. He found the actual, easily fixed problems (2 places verified by pictures before & after repairs). Really reasonable pricing too! Will call these guys 1st next time!

I turned to these folks after the first roofing co. that was recommended to me flaked too many times for comfort. If a service provider won't return your calls and they don't even have your money yet, it does not bode well for the future. Turns out that other company also had a lot of reviews that said they asked for more money after the quote and already partway into the job. So I said bye and good riddance to them and, luckily, found Heart of Florida.

Mark was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly whenever my realtor and I contacted him and, most importantly, got the job done quickly and at a reasonable price. They provided referrals for getting the damaged drywall fixed and coordinated with that company so we didn't have to. They also provided excellent documentation (including pics) of all the work.

It's so great, yet increasingly rare, to find people who do excellent, honest work and have great communication. I'm so grateful to them and can't recommend them enough!!

Pat, the repair manager, was outstanding. Constant communications, completed the work on time, and addressed all of our concerns.
The project manage for the roof replacement, Darrick, could benefit from some customer relations training. I had to update him on the progress of the work, when it should have been him updating me as the customer.

We are extremely happy with the new roof put on by Heart of Florida. From the beginning we were in touch with Rose who gave us the best of services. We especially appreciated the time she took with us explaining the process and helping us with suggestions on color choice and type of shingle to use. We completely trusted her ideas as she was very knowledgeable about her products.

The crew did a great job and we were very happy about the extra care they did on post cleanup. We have deer in the area and wanted to be sure all the nails were cleaned up.

There was nothing structurally wrong with my roof, but I needed it replaced because, as you know, homeowners insurance in Florida is sky high and one of the only ways to get the costs down is to prove one has a roof built 15 years or newer, which I could not do. No record from the city existed nor a receipt from the house's previous owner.

On the recommendation of a friend of mine from work, I chose Heart Of Florida Roofing because they were upfront about their costs and what I will be getting for my money. They even did an analysis for solar panels on the roof, which, though I didn't opt for, I found very helpful.

Here's the best part: they finished in one day. In late June, under the punishing heat of the Florida sun. They staged it with equipment and materials several days before, but got to work immediately on the day they promised and completed the job. Their cleanup after completion was extraordinarily thorough. My house is a little over 1400 ft.² of living space, not including the garage, and I only found three, count them, three, old roofing nails on the ground.

They also arranged in the same contract for a subcontractor to replace my existing storm gutters around the perimeter of the roof with new, wider, slope-adjustable storm gutters which work perfectly.

I found their costs to be most reasonable. Certainly they were much more affordable than what I remember roofing repair costing after the hurricanes of 2004. Roofers like Heart of Florida are now using much more modern and reliable materials since then as well.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a new or replacement roof.
