What can I say, fantastic job once again!!!! We had our home painted a few years ago by Headed Home and were extremely satisfied. It was time to get our roof redone recently and we chose Headed Home again. From the start, Jherard provided us with all of our options with no pressure whatsoever. BJ was in touch after the job started and responded to all my texts promptly, no matter if it was early in the morning or at night. The workmanship was top notch and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Now we have peace of mind for the wind and rain Mililani Mauka is notoriously known for. It was a pleasure working with Headed Home once again and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality roofing and painting at an excellent cost.

Have had the pleasure of hiring these guys to paint my home in ewa Gentry. They charged me a very good price for a big job done in four days. Cody Moses and their other coworkers were very professional, replaced a broken outdoor light fixture, took their garbage with them and left extra paint for me to use just in case needed in future. Had the pleasure of working with consultant, Cody. Headed Home again provided the best value and service for my parent's home. Did an incredible job painting their home and also did some other detailed work as well. Their workers also did some carpentry work and helped refer to fix our window screens. This is the 3rd job that Headed Home has done for myself and relatives and I have no doubt that my 4th home project will be with them. I highly recommend Cody and his staff.....again!!!

I had installed solar PV and water heating on my roof in 2012 and the solar contractor failed to properly address my roof, which lead to leaks. I needed a good roofing company to not only fix the leaky roof but also to remove the solar PV. I had contacted 3 roofing companies and Head Home Roofing was the first to respond and the only one to actually come on site to give me a quote.
They were able to let me know of some areas of concern and made sure to let me know what my options were. I was pleasantly surprised by the quote as it was well within my estimated budget. They took the PV and solar water heating off the roof and addressed all the issues that the previous contractor failed to take care of. When Head Home Roofing was done, I not only got a new roof but they also made my solar PV system more efficient in the process. The final cost was exactly what was in the estimate.
Headed Home Roofing is the best and I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone or using them again in the future.

Wasn't the best experience initially but it wasn't the worst. Off to a slow start but Jherard really took the time to make the experience good. Once the roof was surveyed and I gave the okay for the project it was a bit tricky. I had multiple projects lined up and timing was based off of the roof completion. I had a difficult time reaching anyone on phone and had a major delay with email. I guess I was just trying to call the guys surveyed when I should have just called the office. Probably my fault since I spoke to the owner in the beginning but things happen. Super cool and nice once I reached someone so that's a positive.

I was near the office one day and needed shingle samples to submit to my HOA so I called and went by. They didn't have any samples in the office so that took another day to get.

H2 (residential side of Headed Home) explained that they wanted the solar guys to wait until the roof was complete before they started the solar install. Completely understandable. What was over looked was a communication between the two contractors of the work to be done by both parties to ensure there are no issues once everything is complete. I think this is important because if you live in a HOA community they are extremely particular. I only mention this because crew placed a VENT in the CENTER of where my panels were at. Caused a lot of issues with my HOA and solar team and I'm having to clean that up.

A 1200 sq ft roof too (3) three days to be 98% complete. On day (4) four the crew came back to finish a ridge with shingles. Top it off I had extra roofing material left on the roof and another bag on the side of the house. That was another coordination I had to establish but the crew took care of it all. I'm only picking on these small things because that's all there is to point out when the job itself was great. It was also an issue because the property is a rental and potential renters don't necessarily want to see roofing material around a house.

Something else that would be nice and competitive is that every other contractor bidding for the project was willing to handle the HOA paperwork and submission. Of course it's not needed but the fact that an offer was given means they are willing to go the extra mile. In the end Jherard really came through to make it a good experience.

All in all my roof looks pretty good.

We chose Headed Home Painting to paint our house last week and we are thrilled with the results. Our home had not been painted in over 17 years so it really needed some serious prep before the painting could even begin. Cody and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning, power washing, caulking and priming. They used the highest quality paint so our investment is protected for years to come. These guys are courteous, professional, they communicate well, and they showed up on time every day. The price was right too! Our 41 year old house looks brand new! I'd recommend Headed Home Painting to anyone!

Headed Home roofing just finished doing the roofing job on my two roofs on my home. I had Jheard come and go through both of my roofs in 2018 and he tried his best to work with my insurance company going up on my roof showing all the damage that had happened and he did a lot of work putting together quotes and wood facia replacement and they where hands down the only company that could not just do my roof but all the carpentry and painting that was needed.

I was amazed at the great pricing they gave me and was very greatful that they where going to do all this work at such a low cost cause as I am a painter myself. I read the reviews from other people here that also write on how how great there pricing is compared to other companies and there work was also top notch and I am here to join in with them as I hope you do also in using this great talented company.

There constant non stop attention to detail was amazing like using c clamps on there ladders to hold them in place. Or always ensuring all workers had there safety harness donned when going on and off the roof or using a magnetic sweeper to make sure no nails where in the driveway or pre painting all my facia lumber with and oil base primer and two coats of premium top coat latex paint and even taking a paint sample of my existing facia paint and matching it the new paint. I am proud to have them work on my home and you will to.

Cody, Rusty and Neil were great. Worked with our schedule and budget. Knew exactly what work needed to be done and followed all HOA paint schemes and requirements. Cody does a final walk through to make sure you are satisfied with their work. Would recommend if you need to re-paint exterior of your home.
