The roofing crew did a beautiful job putting on the roof and the drip edge. About three months later I decided to hire Headed Home Roofing to paint the roof with heat reflecting paint to make the house cooler.

The roof painting crew was a different set of workers, perhaps not as experienced. My house has two stories and the crew didn't put canvas on the ground level. The result was some drops of roof paint on the first story railing and stairs leading to beneath the house. Headed Home Roofing also does house painting so the foreman who supervised the roof painting and a paint specialist arrived timely to make corrections.

I found the owner of Headed Home Roofing, Jherard, to be a straight forward person who wants his company to be the best roofing company on the island of Oahu. Eventually the roof paint will wear out. If I am still alive at that time, I plan to ask Jherard for an estimate.

Headed Home roofing was an absolute pleasure to work with. The owner explained everything to me, and treated me like family. The crew that worked on my roof on 7/18/17 was awesome. They were courteous, respectful, and very clean. The foreman explained everything to me, provided photos of my roof from on top and wanted my complete satisfaction. The worked diligently and professionally. I am very satisfied and will refer this company and this crew to anyone needing a roof replacement. From start to finish, my experience with Headed Home Roofing has been outstanding. I had requested estimates from 3 companies. Headed Home responded within the day of my request, and by that evening, my InBox contained a detailed estimate with PDF attachments detailing the scope of work, as well as manufacturer's literature about the product and installation process to be used. These folks are pros all the way. My home is in Mililani, and they had just completed a major project reroofing an entire townhouse development nearby. They're a very focused and professional team where each member knows what to do - and they get the work done quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. For example, after completing the top most ridge of my roof, the foreman replaced a small section ""...because (he) didn't like the way it looked."" And this was in a spot not even visible from ground level! They hold themselves to a very high standard. The crew installs a product that requires six (6) ""hot dipped galvanized coil nails"" *per shingle* to secure (removes the problem of missing shingles following a wind storm), came in a wide choice of colors, and has a Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. When cleaning up, they asked me to ask my neighbor if they could get access into their yard because they noticed some debris had blown off onto their property. They spent a good chunk of time ensuring that no single piece of rubbish was left behind, and they hauled it all away on their own trucks. Best of all, their bid was reasonable and a great value considering the quality of the product and workmanship of the crew. Headed Home is the only roofing company you need to work with - see my pictures for proof!

Jherard and his company were extremely helpful throughout our entire roofing process. We were going through insurance and they were willing to work with us on waiting to get the money since there were some delays. Our roof is gorgeous and I could not be more happy with the way it came out. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better company to work with!

They just finished our roof and even with rain delays on three days they finished in less than a week. They did great work, very professional and they buttoned up at the end of each day so we didn't have to worry about the overnight weather. The cost was fair and affordable. Talk to these guys about your roofing job, they will explain and advise in a very clear way--that helped me decide to go with them.

Our home was in need of repainting and we were searching for a company with reasonable pricing instead of doing it ourselves. Spoke with Jherard at Headed Home and he was able to give us a really reasonable estimate compared to other companies we spoke with. They were also very responsive to any questions we asked and understood what our expectations were for the job. Also, they were very flexible and accommodating to the dates we requested. We even changed our minds about the colors before the project and were very understanding. It showed us that they really cared about us getting exactly what we wanted as if it were their own home. Headed Home. Homes in Mililani Mauka take abuse from sun and water damage. My new home looked worn way before its time. The paint faded and window frames suffered from wood rot. Go push on the bottoms of your outside window, its not supposed to be spongy after a rain.

The Gold Standard for customer service is doing whats asked. The Platinum Standard is doing more than asked. HH did a beautiful job on my home. They replaced outside window frames that rotted, painted the mailbox, front and back patio... quickly and at a competitive price. Thanks HH for exceeding my needs and setting the Platinum Standard in Home Painting!

BTW. Your lucky not to be my neighbor, I'm proud owner of the best looking home on my street!

Very professional company. They did not recommend unnecessary work and in fact offered some cost saving proposals. The work was completed quickly by very friendly workers.
They even made some extra minor repairs to my pitched roof while resurfacing the flat portion.

They repaired damages to my roof, eaves, pressure washed the structure and cement areas, then painted my home beautifully.... The workers were courteous, professional, and sympathetic to our concerns..they properly moved items to complete their duties without impacting our daily routine.. Most important, their boss steadily visited the work area to inspect and ensure that the work was done to standard... I was completely satisfied and highly recommend this experience to others..
