HDC Construction LLC is here to support the upstate of South Carolina. Our company is a licensed residential builder in South Carolina, SC license #51445. We focus on building custom homes, remodeling, and various construction-related tasks. These services encompass site preparation, foundation work, utility connections, framing, roofing, siding, window and door installations, decks, railings, HVAC, plumbing, electrical rough-ins, fixture setups, insulation, drywall finishing, cabinet installations, interior door and trim work, flooring, and both interior and exterior painting. We perform these tasks in both new construction and remodeling projects. Additionally, we provide home maintenance services, including roofing inspections, gutter cleaning or installation, diagnosing and fixing roofing or siding/window leaks, and addressing electrical or plumbing concerns. Our commitment is to deliver top-notch construction quality while ensuring clear communication with our clients throughout the building journey. I, a third-generation carpenter and construction entrepreneur, established HDC Construction in Connecticut in October 2009. We relocated to Greenville, South Carolina, and are thrilled to provide the upstate with outstanding craftsmanship and service.
