We at HDC Construction LLC are dedicated to the upstate area of South Carolina. As a licensed residential builder, we operate under SC license #51445. We specialize in custom home building, renovations, and all facets of construction. We handle site work, foundations, utility connections, framing, roofing, siding, window and door installations, deck and railing construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical rough-ins, fixture installations, insulation, drywall finishing, cabinet and trim work, flooring, and painting for both interiors and exteriors. We perform these tasks in both new construction and remodeling projects. Additionally, we provide home maintenance services, including roofing inspections, gutter cleaning or installation, diagnosing and fixing roofing or siding/window leaks, and addressing electrical or plumbing concerns. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality construction and maintaining open communication with our clients during the entire building process. As a third-generation carpenter and construction business owner, I founded HDC Construction in Connecticut in October 2009. After relocating to Greenville, South Carolina, we are proud to deliver high-quality craftsmanship and customer service to the upstate.
