HDC Construction LLC is here to support the upstate of South Carolina. We hold a residential builder license in South Carolina, number 51445. We specialize in custom home building, renovations, and all facets of construction. These services encompass site preparation, foundation work, utility connections, framing, roofing, siding, window and door installations, decks, railings, HVAC, plumbing, electrical rough-ins, fixture setups, insulation, drywall finishing, cabinet installations, interior door and trim work, flooring, and both interior and exterior painting. We execute all these tasks for new builds as well as remodeling and addition projects. We also offer maintenance services such as roofing inspections, gutter cleaning or installation, diagnosing and repairing leaks in roofing or siding/windows, and resolving electrical or plumbing issues. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality construction and maintaining open communication with our clients during the entire building process. As a third-generation carpenter and construction business owner, I founded HDC Construction in Connecticut in October 2009. After relocating to Greenville, South Carolina, we are proud to deliver high-quality craftsmanship and customer service to the upstate.
