We purchased our house in Late 2023 and it was in bad need of a new roof. Ace gave us a great price on asphalt shingles. He provided a quote for gutters as well and handled everything having to do with that other contractor.

We had a freak storm come in one night right after the old roof had been removed and Ace called me one night and said they were coming over to tarp the roof because he had been watching the forecasts closely. It is awesome to see a contractor that cares about their work and doing the right thing.

Hjs crew was professional and courteous. They cleaned up after every day and even went around with a big magnet to make sure all of the loose nails from the old roof had been picked up. We even received a daily update from him with pictures about the progress they had made.

I would recommend HD Roofs to anyone needing a new roof. True professionals I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I was worried that I had a leak in my roof and HD Roofs was super responsive. They came out and checked the roof the same week I requested a quote and were very timely and nice. Unfortunately they determined that any leak that might be happening was under our solar panels so we weren't able to use them for repairs but I really appreciated their professionalism and responsiveness.

After a big rainstorm I developed a leak in my roof. Ace came out and did a thorough estimate along with texting me pictures of my roof. Ace and his crew were able to get me in a week earlier than scheduled because his previous project was completed earlier than expected. The leak repair and roof maintenance was completed within a day. Lucky for me, it was completed before the subsequent storms.

I requested someone to come out to give a diagnosis and estimate on a roof leak. I had to follow-up multiple times and never received an estimate. My ""job"" was probably too small for them, but still unprofessional to give false hope.

2/8 - A tech came out
2/9 - I asked for the estimate and they said it takes 3-4 days to give the estimate
2/15 - Followed-up on the estimate and they said I'd receive it by the end of the day
2/16 - They claimed the estimate was sent out, so I asked them to resend it in addition to another email address. Nothing.

We bought our home last year, with an old roof that is long due for replacement. I found a handful of roofers on yelp for quotes, and decided to go with HD Roofs because their quote was detailed and Juan seemed genuine and profession. I booked with them on May 2023. But due to poor weather conditions earlier this year, it was pushed all the way back to September. It was hard to get a hold of them at first, but after being assigned to Ace, the communication was much better. Ace was very professional and went through all the wood that may or may not need replacement. There was a price shock that when we tore down the roof that there were ALOT of damaged wood that needed to replace. When given the final quote including wood replacement, we asked our contractor friend and he deemed the price reasonable. At that point, we proceeded with the project. Ace was a pleasure to work with, he is humble, honest and he went in details with the roof project. During the roof replacement, we noticed cracks on the ceiling from movement and impact from roof. Luckily it was only drywall damage, and Ace covered it for us.

In the end, Ace and his team delivered an exceptional new roof for our home, complete with a warranty of course. I recommend HD Roofs if you're in need of a reliable and professional roofing company for your replacement project!

I saw great reviews for this company so I made an appointment. Gentlemen named Ace comes and inspects the roof, he tells me I have to replace the eaves, separate job. He said he would call with a quote, never did. I had two more companies come by and they saw anything wrong with eaves.

This is the first roof repair services done by HD Roofs. Excellent services and will definitely use their services again!! Juan and ACE are very professional and very responsive, and pricing is very reasonable. What I like the most about their services is the whole process is very smooth and and I do not need to worry about anything. Juan followed up on the questions re the proposal quickly, offered a more comprehensive repair solutions for a reasonable price (thought the price would be higher), explained the work required with pictures taken by the drone, scheduled the work quicker than expected and sent appointment reminders. ACE then helped manage the entire repair and discussed progress throughout, showed pictures immediately after the repair was done for different parts of the roof, and explained the effort in matching the color of the new and old tile to the best possible. The repair services not only covered the leak repair, the team also helped replace seven loose tile and seal areas where needed. I was very pleased with the company and the repair services !!

With this rainy winter, my 7 yr old roof did not hold up. I hate to bash Lowe's but their sub-contractor roofer did a shotty job & of course can't be located.

After obtaining several bids, HD Roofs offered a more comprehensive repair at a reasonable price. It was a distressing time not only having a leaky roof, but the process of searching for a reputable co. during the busiest season. Thankfully for Yelp, much of the work is done by the input of reviews from others.

From start to finish HD Roofs exceeded my expectations. Joe and Juan never faltered on their excellent and thorough customer service. They were patient & took their time to be sure my many questions were answered. Their crew went over and above to repair, replace, and secure all areas of damage, leaks & even potential future leak areas.
