I started with a small roof leak to be looked at. It turned out a new roof was needed. Hayden was very responsive and helpful. The estimate was fast and right in line with expectations. He pointed out details I found very helpful and others did not point out. He also managed aspects of the project and communicated through the entire process. It was a great experience, professionally handled start to finish. Highly recommend working with HD and Hayden.

HD Roofing is the absolute best! It's rare for me to write a review, but when I do it's only because they were exceptionally good. Out of multiple companies I contacted for a roof repair job, they were the first to respond, were prompt with follow-up questions, and were quick to schedule. Several of the other companies didn't even reply and NONE had all 3 traits.

Hayden was a pleasure to work with, and honestly made the whole process seamless. I had a unique situation of both a repair for an existing leak, as well as help with adding a vent pipe for a tankless water heater. Hayden took care of me and even designed a custom solution to the leak.

This is one area where competition is huge and you can get caught up in trying to over-think it. Don't. Just give these folks a call and you'll be glad you did.

Oh man, where do I start. Other than the multiple plants destroyed, pavers broken then stolen (to cover up their carelessness) property taken (my tarp and then my pitchfork) and complete disregard for anything that I would even remotely consider customer service, I cannot stress enough how much I recommend you shop elsewhere. We even contacted them with hopes to remedy the damages, and after a strenuous conversation with the owner, I barely got anything in reimbursement. Have tried to reach back out to them to reclaim property that was ""accidentally"" (I imagine) taken, and have yet to hear from them. Text message and phone call with nothing in return. To wrap things, don't use these guys, and if you do, be sure to put all of your beloved belongings far and well hidden away. Tootle loo, have a blessed day.

Don't stand by their warranty even 3 months after installation and never sent documentation. Nasty people to deal with once you have a problem. Have more leaks now than after the storm that supposedly cause the roof to need replacing. Unresponsive and care free once you have any sort of problem. All smiles to get you to sign and promises of this and that we'll get it in writing, my advice, do not trust them. Plenty of more reputable companies in the area. Wish I had done more due diligence before entrusting them with my parent's home.

We had two roof leaks that were repaired last year by another roofing company. After the recent rains it started leaking again. Called HD Roofing and Repairs. Lane came out to inspect the problem and notice that the other roofing company used the wrong tile which did not lock in place. HD roofing and repairs gave us a reasonable quote and the work which was done by their team great members

I can't recommend HD Roofing enough for the great & fast new roof I'm now enjoying! Don Richardson & his son were wonderful & explained everything in language I could understand; gave me recommendations with choices; made a super reasonable bid and did the whole job in 2 days. Can't ask more more than that. Wonderful to work with a family owned business with great customer service!

Awful customer service. Called them for a month back and forth and nothing scheduled. Finally after threatening a bad yelp review, they call and say they will be there same day 1-3. 3 pm rolls around and it's a no show, no call to even let me know. It doesn't matter how good a repair they can make it they can't even manage to make an appointment.

We'll see. I am recently widowed with a lot on my plate and not used to having to do dealings with a roof and granules and the insurance co. So far, Don on phone told me he had me ""in the system"" then he DIDn'T, and then a Tyler spoke to me yesterday on phone and said he'd be by after 1pm as requested and would call first...he didn't. I called him at 1, when you coming by? (I asked him in voice message I left). No reply. No show. Hmm. Called company number, asked Don what was up, he said ""the system shows he was at 'the property'"" but there's no information ""in the system."" OK, I asked, ""you'll get back with me in an hour or so?"" Sure, will do! Says Don...I haven't YET heard back, and I took hours out of schedule today. I value my time! Well, come through, HD, will ya?
