I had hail damage to my roof, siding and windows. My two neighbors used HD and they highly recommended them to me. I'm glad they did!

My point of contact for HD, Hayden, was absolutely phenomenal! He coordinated the complete home repair/renovation from top to bottom.

- The HD team inspected my home meticulously and worked with my insurance to ensure I got every single penny of needed work covered.
- Communication and response was superb.
- The execution was perfect. Hayden oversaw everything and ensured no corners were cut. The term ""that's good enough"" is not in his vocabulary.

I'll start by saying I am 70 years old. I've had many contractors work on my house and in my house. In this specific case, I was getting a new roof installed (hail damage) using my insurance. Hayden came to my home to survey the roof, etc. so he would file a claim with our insurance. Because of the damage to our roof, there was also a leak that messed up the ceiling in our kitchen. Hayden took it upon himself to patch the leak on the roof so there would be no more interior damage, if it rained. He also worked with an outside company (Susan) to get the insurance to pay everything necessary so in the long run, I saved $3400 off my $6000 deductible. Then his crew (at least 10 men) shows up under the supervision of Adreas and they were so polite and did an amazing job. When replacing a roof, there is so much mess created by tearing off shingles and paper and nails, etc. By the time they finished the roof (in 1 day), my yard, decks, driveway were back to normal as if nothing had happened. And Jose and Miquel were responsible for fixing the couple problems inside the house (leak, seam separation, painting) and when they finished, those areas looked brand new and paint matched our paint perfectly. And I couldn't finish this review without saying that Hayden stayed on top of everything and kept in contract with me throughout the whole process. If I could, I would give then a 10. EXCELLENT SERVICE and such a pleasure to deal with....

It seems like every house in my neighborhood had hail damage this year. I contacted 3 roofers for estimates after my insurance recommended a full replacement. Of those 3 people I talked to, only Michael from HD Roofing left a totally positive impression that the work would be done professionally and without problems. He explained the work and went through the time to explain how the flashing and other details of the work would be completed.

The installation crew for HD Roofing were professional, much quieter than some of my neighbors' crews, and did a great job cleaning up. The roof looks great and is class-3 impact rated, which is now saving me a small amount of money on my home insurance.

Let me first start by saying I am a picky consumer. I work in the services industry, so I know good service from mediocre service from horrible service. HD Roofing is PHENOMINAL. I actually used another roofer (horrible roofing company) because their signs were everywhere. My neighbors have used HD for forever but I didn't find out about them until after my roof was done. I approached HD Roofing (Hayden) and asked if he could inspect my roof for me. He was super helpful and happy to inspect it. I told him my woes with my roofing company, and he just listened and was respectful. He was finding ways to help me out (all while realizing that I am not a customer this year!). I will definitely call HD next time I have an issue.
