My house was flooded due to a water main break in the street. The entire house needed to be reconstructed. HBC was competitive in the bid. They were able to get the required permits via the city of Fremont. DeLeon and his crew were there every day working on everything that was needed: sheet rock, electrical, plumbing, foundation repair, wall removal, kitchen cabinet installation, lighting, complete bathroom installation, tiling, Pergo installation, painting, landscaping, irrigation and window installation. They were though, neat and polite. It took a little longer that I thought due to some changes that I made. DeLeons workmanship standards are very high.

Spoke to someone about the company signboard mounted on the public side of a wall in our neighborhood for more than a year. Got loud voiced back by a guy who was extremely rude and intimidating. Said even the city can't make him take it down.
So shocked that the disrespectful and confrontational behavior comes from a licensed business.

Can't speak for their work, but they sure as hell don't know how to drive. Just got cut off and almost run off he road by a big chevy truck plastered with their advertising.
