Apparently, the estimator arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled time, did not see me outside, drove thru, never stopped, never called or messaged to say he/she was early, and drove on out.

Whether sales, financing, supervisors, individual worker bees to cleanup everyone was courteous, polite, helpful, professional and went out of their way to respond to our questions, keep us up to date and perform their jobs efficiently. I had a great experience with Doug Cook at Hayes Roofing. Very professional, kept me in the loop and explained the process to me. He was here when the adjuster came from the insurance company and when the workers came to replace my roof he showed up to make sure everything was ok. I have his cell number and the office number if I have any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend them if your roof is leaking or needs to be replaced.

Due to the recent storm we got here in Spartanburg it left a big hole in my roof. Not only did Hayes roofing get out there quickly to tarp it they provided me with contacts to do some tree removal in my yard. Very impressed with the way this company operates. Good communication and effort.
