Hello, this is Chad with Hayco Construction Inc. As a family-operated business, we have been serving the surrounding valley areas for many years. Our family consists of my father, grandfather, uncle, myself, and our hardworking crew. I have been working in roofing since I was young. It began with a single truck, a trailer, a grandfather with a dream, and a father and son who valued hard work. For 47 years, Hayco has been in business, with the last 24 years focused on roofing. In the past, we constructed buildings from the ground up in the local areas. Currently, we are proud to protect structures with our effective roof renewal systems. We do install new roofs, but we find that our roof renewal systems outperform, need less maintenance, and, most crucially, save you the most money now and in the long run. I understand the industry from all angles due to my education in architecture, my many years of hands-on experience in the field with the crew, and my current role in customer service and estimating.

Unprofessional, cannot recommend.

Everything started out fine. Dealt with Ron and he was knowledgeable and did not try to push products/services I was not interested in. After quote, they even started without the down payment as we kept missing each other over the phone.

The roof repairs seem to be of good quality but the problem was with the insulation they blew into the attic. Turns out, they completely (and I mean entirely) encased my heating unit in insulation. Unbeknownst to me, when I turned on my heater a week or so later it fried my heating unit. The heating folks were stunned as soon as they entered the attic and saw the unit entirely encased in pink insulation.

I sent before and after photos to Ron and he never bothered to reply. I did NOT ask for money, I wanted to provide feedback and see what their response would be. Silence is the answer so I can't in good faith recommend these people to anyone as they will completely disappear the moment something goes wrong. I had hoped that all those contractor horror stories were unfounded but it's businesses like this one that sadly keep them alive.

Ron, if you are reading this, all I wanted was an acknowledgment that you would better train your employee. I am not going to sue, nor was it ever my intent. I can only guess your refusal to return my message was fear of acknowledging fault (which if you are honest you know it was on your employee) in order to avoid litigation. Rest easy, despite your unprofessionalism I am not interested in that at all. I just hope the rest of the work is good as I can only imagine your warranty service is just as nonexistent.

From my Wife: This morning while out walking Bailey through the same area we've walked regularly (almost daily) for about 4 years we came up to a house that typically has between 5-7 dogs. I counted 4 loaded up in the home owners truck. All the windows rolled down, 2 in the cab, 2 in the bed (well trained but only listen to their owner), I could also hear and see 2 more yapping from the back yard. So far same ol' same ol. Except the owner wasn't near the truck. Not even outside.

Anyway, Bailey is a reactive dog so I backed up a couple houses, crossed the street and continued on my way.

The difference today was that there were 3 complete strangers to us standing directly across the street watching these barking dogs watch us. Watching intently. One man walked out into the street to position himself between the stroller and these dogs. The other two men watched him and us and the dogs. They greeted me, I told them to have a nice day and they said they'd do that once we were safety passed those dogs. The largest pair of dogs being over 100 pounds each and unsecured in the truck bed.

I was instantly struck by their kindness and selflessness. In a world that has us seeing tragedy so often that it's announcement has become less shocking, and more common place; these 3 men, COMPLETE STRANGERS working on a roof took time out of their day to ensure we were safe. Specifically they wanted to ""keep those dogs from the baby."" Because you never know when dogs will be dogs trained or not.

If only the world saw more of this kindness imagine how wonderful it could be.

So to the 3 men of Hayco Roof Restoration that will likely never see this thank you for your willingness to put yourselves in harms way to keep my little one safe. I only wish I had more words to express my gratitude.

From me: I've seen your work on the roof done on Lincoln Lane in Lemoore, it is outstanding work. That coupled with the kindness you've shown my family, I would recommend your company to anyone I know. Thank you for caring.

Best Regards,
Richard White

Very poor service. I've waited for 4 months for my roof to be repaired only to hear excuses of how busy they were. Signed a contract in November. Then they finally repair it this week and now my roof is leaking again in the same spot. $10,000. worth of repairs and I still have a leak. Very disappointed in the business.

Had a roof leak needing repairs. Called and their first question - was I a client. No just repairs, but never know about future., They were to call ne back for appointment, stated they were very busy due to recent rains, week later - no calls.
They will NOT be on my list if any reroofing needed in the future
