This business is dishonest. The owner always has another story to tell as to why something happened or didn't happen. We contacted the business because one leg on our fifth wheel wouldn't go down. At the same time I inquired about a new motor for our largest awning. After multiple calls the awning was repaired in approximately 4 weeks. The new leg for the trailer took multiple calls and ultimatums and took almost 2 months to have repaired. We were camping at Manatee Springs State Park. We were not at home. But of course that was irrelevant to the owner. He said Lippert mailed him broken pieces several times. If you choose to use this business, good luck as you have been warned.

I should have know when they said that they could be out the same day. Everyone else was anywhere from 3 days to a week out on scheduling.

They did show up promptly and evaluated the issue. Turned out I needed a part from the manufacturer. The tech said he would have to call the manufacturer and order the part under warranty. I was charged $110 for a service call and told they would call me with an eta on the replacement part.

The issue is follow-up.

It's now been over a week. I have reached out to the tech 3 times and I still don't know if he ordered the part or have any kind of update.

I have reached out to our dealer and when they called the manufacturer, and the part is on back order.

The customer service of Hawaiian Beaches is a zero.

I am willing to bet they got my money from the service call and haven't done anything to follow up.

Do yourself a favor, wait for a reputable repair company and stay away from these jokers.

To bad we're not able to respond after company responds to a review!! Hawaiian beaches RV did not fix my leak.!! They said they fixed my leak in their response to my review. Not true. 175 dollars for an opinion in 20 minutes seems a lot to me. They charged a service call even though they were already in this location and charged for a half an hour when they were here 15 or 20 minutes. Polite enough, I just feel like I was charged too much. I will not use Hawaiian beaches RV ever again and I could not recommend them. Their reply to my review said they fixed my leak which is absolutely not true.!! Again, beware of Hawaiian beaches RV.
