Contractors are often hit or miss and when you find one that is somewhat honest you think you might have a winner. I'll give Jared that, he is honest and his crew does good work.
However, just be sure to be super specific with this company. Things like ""finish the trim work you installed with paint, clean up after yourself, if you see something that is broken make a recommendation to fix"" all need to be spelled out.
Also, note that the price is subject to change if insurance is involved.
TL,DR - Jared does good work and is relatively honest. Just don't expect him to do anything that isn't specified, including things that even dishonest contractors do (like cleaning up after themselves and finishing off a project).

We had an awesome experience with Havoc. Jared and Austin were awesome, everything was prompt and done very well. Highly suggest this company!!

We needed a new roof about 6 months ago March 2018. Our attic was bone dry before we started this process. We thought it would be a good idea to replace our roof before any problems occurred. We were originally planning on paying out of pocket for our new roof, because our house is over 20 years old. When the insurance adjuster came out to look, we were pleasantly surprised that our roof was graded at 25 years and we would only have to pay out our deductible to get it fixed. We also chose to pay the extra cost directly to Havoc to have our new roof be a 50 year roof instead of a 25 year roof with a 10 year transferable warranty if anything were to go wrong with it.
We were told by multiple people that they would not know what all needed to be repaired and or fixed until they got the roof off. Completely understandable. We get the new roof on Friday March 16th without any problems. On Sunday, April 15th a storm comes though. Our brand new roof is leaking. We have to call multiple times Monday morning. Each time we spoke on the phone they always said we'll call you back with an update. We were the ones that had to call to check on the updates. We call Tuesday morning. They told us they'd have a manager come and inspect the roof. The guy gets to the house after 6:30 at night, doesn't even go into the attic to check there, goes on the roof says he put some caulking around our chimney, and advised us to call the company that installed the roof for anymore questions. Obviously they did not send out a manger if the guy advised us to call HAVOC back.
We were pretty annoyed at this point. I understand mistakes happen and things get over looked but our roof was leaking and rain was in the forecast for the following Sunday. We called that evening asking for someone, anyone to call us the next morning first thing. I was the one who had to call them yet again.
I get the owner on the phone after requesting to speak to a manager. The owner first started by saying he just received the construction report from the repairs. I asked, "" how long does it typically take to get that report."" He responded with usually within the week of construction."" I replied with, "" We had our roof installed a month ago"". An awkward conversation.
He informed me that the siding in our chimney had rotted through. So I asked, ""why were we not informed, which manager signed off on a dry roof, and how can you fix this for us."" (To me it seemed like they decided you know what, the home owners are never going to come up here. Let's leave this easy fix to leak for the next couple of years and when they make a new claim they'll call us to fix the damage)
The owner admitted that the construction manager never walked the back side of the roof to check the chimney, he also said that it's common when you put on a new roof it'll disturb the siding causing leaks, and oh yeah this extra fee with be $700 but we'll only charge you $500 for the cost of the materials. He accused me of just trying to get something for free, and said, ""well, we would have to assume the attic wasn't leaking in the first place like you're saying."" Meanwhile thankfully we have a great insurance rep which informed us they would be responsible for fixing it. 20 minutes later, he agrees to have someone come fix the leak.
The 2nd group of subcontractors that came out informed us that they had not installed the chimney flashing (which keeps water out) all the way around the chimney. They also used a smaller sized material.
The extra materials and garbage they used to come fix what they got wrong was left in our yard for us to deal with. We were referring any friends that needed construction completed to Havoc. I would never recommend their work to anyone.
I was not going to post that review, but unfortunately 8 months later, November 12 2018, our roof is leaking again in the same place next to the chimney. Do not use this company.
