Haven Roofing was very honest and polite. Their workers did a fantastic job repairing my roof and they did so diligently. I recommend them 5 stars out of 5 for amazing work, impeccable timing, and for sticking with it... I know at first I thought I was going to pick another contractor and Haven Roofing still offered to do the estimates and after getting to talk a little more with the company rep, I decided to pick them and I'm grateful i did. Haven General Contracting did an outstanding job with our roof replacement. We called them on Saturday and Michael was at our house that same day. He inspected everything, installed a temporary tarp, and provided us a detailed estimate. He was present and acted as an exceptional liaison between us and our insurance adjuster--also walked us through the claim process. Haven General Contracting provided expert oversight during the roof removal/installation (completed in 1 day) and coordinated the additional repairs on our behalf (also required full gutter replacement and aluminum pergola repair). Additionally, we received a more-than-reasonable price for our shingle upgrade and roof ridge vents. We couldn't have asked for better results!
