While we were updating the roofs for our HOA, we had a paint project going on in a different area of the property at the same time. Many days, it was a three ring circus of trucks and workers. There were resident requests and vendor requests; some construction-related hiccups; and ALWAYS Haven Home's owner, project manager, and team were responsive, concerned, and customer-focused. Patience was one of their virtues. HOA's, by nature, make financial commitments by consensus and often, execute their plans over months instead of days. They were very patient with our process. We also felt that they prepared us before the work started to be informed customers who supported their efforts to reduce potential problems (example: removing items on walls under the old roofing being removed so nothing breaks, and helping them watch for rogue nails that could hurt car tires.) Everyone pitched in to support the project,'s success.
We were drawn to using Haven Home Remodeling for our roofing needs because they were consistently licensed and certified over the period of time we were gathering our funding. We found them to have an educational and authentic communication style which matched our wishes to find a company that would partner with us long term. Their competitive pricing was motivating. Trust was built early on with the owner, Ethan Racz. When you know you have good vendors supporting your HOA's goals, it's incredibly valuable. We all feel very proud of the work that was done on the roofs to make them safe, legally compliant, and fire resistant for decades to come. We also feel we selected a good color and brand with their help.

The fact that Ethan was about his word and judgement on behalf of my Flat Roof, which was an extra project a sun room roof on top of replacing my existing roof. The experience was good because it was always some communication and he never let me down of course at times as a homeowner your concerned about mess and cleanup and they definitely did that on top of painting my trim facia throughout the house. The cost was fair and I have some pictures to share. Definitely recommend them. They were done in about three days.
Turn out very nice and I got some compliments already .
