Aaliyah H.I needed to get a new roof for some time and had received a couple of quotes from other contractors. The process to work with Hatley Brothers II was very user friendly. They were even on time for their initial appointment, which is rare for any service call.
When Hatley Brothers II gave me a quote, their's was not the lowest but based on their work on IG, I went with what looked to be quality work. I am glad I did! My roof (1600SF) was finished in one day! Their team followed up with me on the next business day to make sure everything went well and I was satisfied with their work. They even hand delivered a generous thank you gift!
Deirdre S.This is the worst roofing company! I paid the company in full before the work started BIG MISTAKE! I never heard from Mr. Hatley before the service started or after. I had to reach out to the company to find out when they would start and they started 2 days after that date; which was almost 2 months. They blocked me in my garage because the roofers did not know anyone would be home. No one followed up to see if I had any complaints but believe me their secretary followed up saying I still owed them a balance which was a LIE. I had to provide her with my check being cleared 2 days after it was written . I wish I would of went with the 1st company that came out to look at my roof. The Hatley Brothers are the worse and you try to give people in your community the opportunity but they prove its best to work with others every time. Someone please tell the roofers I said thank you because they did a great job!
