I needed a new roof put on my house. I reviewed BBB complaints and determined Harvath Roofing had zero complaints, while other roofing companies had various numbers of complaints. I contacted Harvath Roofing and they were very accommodating in working with my schedule. They also gave me an estimate that was thousands of dollars lower than another company that I got an estimate from. Harvath came and installed my new roof after I chose the color shingles that I wanted. Harvath only runs one crew, and the foreman has been with them a long time. The owner shows up on job sites and both supervises and helps out. I am delighted with my new roof! Quality work, good cleanup, superior supervision by owner, and a very fair price! I am a satisfied customer!! Afterward, I spoke with my neighbor across the street and he said he has also used Harvath in the past and was very happy with the results!

We received three bids on a flat re-roof need for a double carport. Harvath Roofing earned the job through their excellent and expedient service. An appointment had been set up for an estimate and the appointment was kept to the minute. The estimator, in our case, Scott, was professional, knowledgeable, and timely on the estimate. Harvath was competitive; not the cheapest but reasonable in scope of work, price; and material recommendation. I chose them to complete the repair. They set a time and rescheduled for the install 10 days early as their schedule changed. Their communication was excellent and cordial through Laure in their office. The crew came on time and under the supervision of Aaron Harvath, the work was done expertly and the cleanup was thorough. Outside of a small deposit, there was no pressure on payment and their statement was true to the bid. I didn't get the final invoice for about 10 days after completion.
Needless to say, our experience suggests we made the right choice and and remain satisfied with the Harvath family owned company.

I couldn't be happier with both the quality of work and the professionalism which Harvath and its employees displayed from the original estimate to completion. Due to a delay by the inspector it looked like they wouldn't be finished on time but the crew arrived at 4pm on a Friday no less and worked until almost dusk in order to finish on time.

This is probably the first 5 star review I have ever given.

Very happy with our new roof. I appreciate the attention to detail and craftsmanship. They painted all of the exhaust pipes the same color as the shingles, the transitions from the main roof down to the lanai were all taken care of with flashing, and the clean up was great. Highly recommended.

I just have to tell you I'm completely blown away with this roofing company. I had read some reviews that Harvath's was in and out in two days from satisfied customers. I moved to Sarasota two years and beating my head against the wall trying to find, hire and wait for skilled labor to show up. Roofing was the last big project and I have heard so many horror stories about roofing companies that I hesitated to even start. These guys are a blessing... the team came in and diligently worked the first day to get everything removed and vapor barrier installed. A good percentage of the shingles were nailed in also on the first day. The only delay was outside their control - waiting for inspector. On day 2 they wrapped it up and cleaned up any evidence of having been here.
