I don't know much about roofing, but I had a third party inspector check the quality and he was very impressed. He said he could tell that whoever installed the roof cared about the details and that the roof looked great.

I will definitely use Hartsfield again the next time I need a roof, which hopefully isn't for a while

Hartsfield reroofed my home in December 2019. Hartsfield was competitively priced and came recommended to me by a neighbor. The process wasn't perfect, but I don't think I have ever worked with a company more committed to total customer satisfaction than Hartsfield. Everyone I worked with was polite and invested in getting this job right, but when Rett Hartsfield called me personally to help resolve an issue we were having, I knew we had made the best possible decision when we chose Hartsfield for our home. They went above and beyond their responsibility to make it right and now I tell all of my friends --- they have a customer for life!
