We have done business with Hartman Roofing on various occasions. The level of professionalism, starting from the initial phone call to completion of the job, is very professional. We have found that Hartman Roofing is quick to set a time to inspect the roof, will be there when the insurance company sends out their representative to show them the damage, and will maintain communication throughout the process. The final product was professional, and our house looks great. We even worked with Hartman Roofing to upgrade to a Class 4 roof for a reasonable additional expense, which will lower our insurance rates. We highly recommend Hartman Roofing when you need to replace a damaged roof; they have been doing this for a long time.

I have used Hartman for two rock coated steel roofs and I would not use anyone else! These roofs are complex and John and his team install them with complete competence! They are neat and tidy. John even drove over to Snyder from Abilene and helped me with a hail claim which was very valuable to me. Don't use anyone else!

I have a steel roof that was installed by Hartman Roofing. I have since found a leak in one of the valleys that has caused deterioration to the underneath. I have been trying to get a call back from Hartman Roofing in Abilene for 2 weeks with no response. I can understand them being busy, but being totally ignored is unacceptable. I have since moved on with a more reputable company never to recommend Hartman Roofing

After posting this review, I was contacted by the owner of the company. The matter was then taken care of in a most proficient and timely manner by his A team. Thank you Mr. Hartman.
