Glenn and the whole team were great to work with. From start to finish they were hands down the best roofing company to work with. The roof was removed and replaced within one day and the end product made the house look like a completely different home. I would highly recommend.

After reading the great reviews I had Hartman roofing change my hail damaged roof. I also trusted them and upgraded the roof to a more expensive 3D roof with a longer warranty. I cannot say there is anything wrong in their workmanship, but the GAF Shingles they used are worthless. Anyone can look up the reviews on GAF Warranty. It speaks for itself. Hartman inspected my roof and said it was hail damage, I asked them, how come my neighbors 25 year old roof was not damaged. They said they had no idea. The shingles are wore out around the edges to the point that you can see the white stuff underneath it. So I guess the hail fell selectively only on my roof and not on my next door neighbors roof. And it fell with remarkable accuracy only along the edge of the shingles. Thanks Hartman Roofing, Lubbock. I think Hartman Roofing should ditch this product if they want to save their reputation.

I had no where to turn to to help me get my cat off of a roof and so I called these guys and without a doubt came and helped me although it wasn't roof related. I give thousands of kudos to this guy Shaun Carr. Dude your the best!!

Worst experience of my life. The owner got upset with me (who is 6ft y'all and over 250 lbs) and lunged at me. I was shaking for 3 hours. We had three leaks after they put on our new roof!! And wouldn't fix it!! It cost us $2000. We wanted to sue, but we couldn't because we were trying to sell the house. I am appalled. I have never been talked to or treated like that. Absolutely horrible experience. Please use anyone else in town besides this man.

I honestly do not know how other Roofers survive when compared to Hartman. I flew in from Dallas to help my elderly mother file a roof claim. Hartman gave me the BEST bid of three! I had a family member that roofs in another city run his numbers. He was all around fair! Still, he went out of his way to accommodate my needs. He roofed the day after I signed so I didn't have to fly back to town. He found unexpected issues, and handled it with my insurance, without my intervention. He found and repaired a few decking holes that a former roofer had just covered over with sheet metal. Hartman fixed our roof, screens, gutters, trim, and much more. I am beyond pleased. Don't spin your wheels looking for other roofers. Start here, and trust you made a great choice.

Class act from start to finish. My roof is absolutely beautiful!!! Everyone I talked to is knowledgeable about the products, procedures, etc. Held my hand through the claims process since I had no clue what I needed to do. I would recommend this company to everyone in Lubbock! Left my yard spotless after the job was done.
