I just wanted to thank you for your help today & for your advice when I was trying to hire a roofer for a roof repair. You even looked at a proposal from another company & you said it was a good price & to go with them rather than you taking the job knowing I needed it done right away! I had a leak around the chimney area that I just started to notice this year. I contacted them and they have been quick to schedule a estimate in about a week. Wayne did the estimate in the morning and been helpful in explaining what would need to be done. I also got the official estimate the same day and Wayne did call me before he sent it to explain things that are different from what we previously talked about. The estimated cost is reasonable.

I accepted the contract the following week and Hart called me to let me know I would be scheduled the week after. I called the week I supposed to be scheduled since I didnt get a call yet and looks like I was missed but Hart made sure I was taken care of with the original timeline he mentioned and scheduled me that week and job was done in one day. The roofer that came(I believe his name was Philly) is very courteous and professional. They made sure the area is clean after the work is done.

I noticed I few things later that day that I wanted them to check again. Hart sent me the final invoice the next day. I raised my concerns and he sent them back to address my concern the next day. They made sure Im satisfied with the work done and showed me pictures of the roof afterwards. Appreciate them being accomodating with my concerns and scheduling.

Called to asked about a pricing estimate for roof repair after removing the solar panels from our roof. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable and patient in explaining the potential pricing factors to me. Hart and his team are awesome. True professionals. We had a rental with a leaking roof he sent his estimator to look at the house. I forgot his name but a seasoned vet when it comes to roof repair. He took his time to explain to me what caused the leak and how they will repair. Gave me a fair estimate middle of the road in comparison the other companies I quoted. We received 5 bids from different companies ranging from $8800 to $1700. I spoke to Hart a few times and decided to award him the job. I am glad I did. He is a low key chill person to talk to not pushy and not trying to close the deal. I can honestly say he probably doesn't need your business but you would be stooopid to not use this guy and his team. Needless to say the guys came and repaired the roof in a day and took pictures and also bonus he repaired a piece of rotting wood for me and didn't charge me for it. Again I cannot thank you enough for the quality work done.

This business has been somewhat unresponsive concerning follow-up. I had reached out for service on two occasions. The first time involved a single shingle that had broken and fell off my roof. I spoke with a gentleman who appeared to be mild mannered and easy going. I really appreciated the kindful tone and honest response. He explained over the phone that the company normally does not take on small jobs, but he would squeeze me in when he had a little time. He also told me where to go and buy a tile so that the company would replace it. I attempted a few follow-ups via text, one of which he answered and advised me to still be patience. Cool. I remained patient. After that I attempted to contact the company via text a couple more times, but never received a retun communication. I wrote it off, understanding that the company may be really busy, and that the job I had requested was small potatoes for that company. No problem. I moved on and contacted another company and received service.

A few days ago, I discovered water stains on my bedroom wall. I recontacted this company based on the kind response concerning, tone, etc., coupled with the mostly good company reviews, coupled with what I thought was a great personal history statement from the owner. The company promptly responded early in the morning via text, stating they had dispatched an estimator to my residence. However, no one one showed up to my home. Toward the end of the day, I sent a follow up text. However, no one responded. The roof damage is a fairly expensive repair per another local company. I decided to go with that company, Still, I am disappointed with the poor customer service. My time too is valauble. I wasted a whole day of work waiting for the estimator that never arrived.

I had the owner out for an estimate to fix a leak and he did the work three years ago.... It never rained enough after that to know if the work was done properly. Well, after these continuous downpours, I can say my roof was fixed properly and I couldn't be more thrilled! I really appreciated his willingness to work within my budget. Totally recommend and will ask him out again when I can re-do the roof.

A short storm came through with a period of heavy rain and strong winds which caused a roof leak. I called Hart Roofing which quickly responded and gave me a reasonable estimate to do the work. The only thing I needed to do was remove the solar panels in the area. I tried to arrange this with the original solar company but I was getting the Texas 2 step from them. With more rain on the way, I was in a bind. Luckily Hart knew a guy who could do the work and arranged for him to contact me to work things out. The solar panels were removed, the roof was repaired in a single day, and the panels are back on. It has been raining pretty good lately but I no longer have a leak. If you need a highly qualified, dependable and friendly roofer you cannot go wrong with Hart Roofing. I highly recommend this company.
