First I called on the phone and Hart answered right away..I made an appt for the inspection of my roof leakage and Hart accomodate me sooner coz of my escrow...then today he came early as scheduled time..did the inspection and explained to me about it showed me proof with pictures and he sounds professional and reliable. It turns out my roof still in good condition and that the heavy rains and wind on the roof vent pushing the water inside. He gave me the report that I need for the escrow and I did not spent any amount for it. Thumbs up! Five star! Truly recommended!

I called three Roof companies in a panic after discovering a ceiling leak around my chimney. I set out to get three quotes and sent detailed pictures to three Companies and this is what happened. One Company would not quote me without a physical inspection, which i understood. The second place said he would need to remove 4 feet of tiles around chimney and gave me quote for approx $1200. Hart Roofing, identified the problem from my picture instantly and said i needed a ""Chimney Re-Flash"" he quoted me $500. I scheduled appointment for the following day, they arrived on time completed repairs same day which was a blessing because it rained heavy the following day. I also noticed they sealed all my plumbing vents and statics vents with caulking paste that color matches the roof ceramic tiles. Awesome!

Hart and his team did a very professional job. They removed all the tiles and placed new synthetic paper, replaced the tiles which included replacing the broken tiles and moving paint splattered tiles to less visible location. They replaced some of the facia boards as needed. Worked closely with our building inspector who required additional work. Afterwards it looked like a new roof!

They were conscious. Never leaving for the day with exposed paper. Always keeping the site as clean as possible. The job took longer than expected, but did not hear any complaining nor any change orders.

I would and have recommended Hart Roofing to anyone from a small to a large job. I would like to echo what Mike B. stated. I quickly trusted Hart and his team.
