I called on Tuesday, March 16, and spoke with a gentleman about fixing a few shingles that fell off my roof in the recent wind/rain.

He told me he'd come take a look and to text him pictures.
After he received pictures, he decided to respond to me saying to text him a week later to, again, ask for an estimate request.

If your business is ""sooooo busy"", just tell me.

No need to be rude.
I'm super glad we didn't use you guys if that's how you respond to people.

Take a look at the text messages here and you can make up your own mind with their awful response.

You really should reconsider the ways you talk to people.

I needed a quote for some work that needs to be done on my tile roof. I already had a quote from JE roofing who we used before but wanted to see if it would be significantly cheaper with another company as the quote seemed high. First I had Berry roofing and solar come bye, which was a disaster as they were weird and basically told me to quiet at one point, needless to say I did not do buisness with these clowns-see my review about them if curious. Next was Hart. He showed up ontime and was super friendly and easy to talk to. Very cool dude, who came to the same conclusion about what needed to be done and his price was actually lower bue 300 bucks than JE. He dod not encourage me to switch roofers and even said if your other guy does good work and you like him why switch. Although i felt totally comfortable with Hart and would have no reservations about using him and his tram I decided to go with JE for historical reasons, even though je was more expensive. I felt compelled to give them a glowing shout out to hopefully aid others trying to decide what reputable fair priced and even tempered roofer you want to use. call hart run like the wind from Berry even though berry has more yelp reviews. If JE retires we certainly will use Hart for future projects. Appraisal was last sat at 9am

I just called Mr. Hart on the phone about a really small job I needed for the shed I just finished building. Once he realized I was a handy guy, he encouraged me to tackle this job on my own so I could save myself some money. He gave me a full walkthrough how to lay down the material and gave me a few options where to purchase it.

It's not every day where a contractor really seems like they have your best interests in mind. He could have made an easy 500 bucks for a one hour job, but instead he showed solid character and helped me out. And character goes a long way. He's first on my list if I need other roofing work in the future.

If I could give Hart roofing 10 stars I would they are amazing. For months I was looking for a roofer, I went through numerous other companies who gave me astronomical pricing. Some of these companies came to my house with drones and never stepped one foot on my roof. Hart roofing came got on my roof took pictures of everything that needed to be done and gave me an amazing detailed quote in a few days! The day they they came to do the repairs there were 6 workers who were here all day and completed the job before dark. My husband likes to know details and asked a million questions and the men were so nice and so knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions he had. I can not recommend Harts enough they were a class act!

We called a lot of roofers and finally was able to get quotes from three. We decided to go with Hart because he didn't try to upsell us on materials or anything. He explained they were extremely busy and it would probably be four weeks or more to repair our huge leak by the fireplace. Hart called us two weeks early and his men were able to repair a huge area of the roof. His men were professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. My husband was even able to watch and learn why it leaked in the first place. Sine we have only lived in this house for a year and a half. They gave my husband tips on the type of gutters we need on the second floor to reduce the water flow into that specific area. We expected the cost to be slightly more than the quote and would have still been happy. However, Hart's quote was spot on. I have been recommending them to our friends and would use Hart again. Great job and thank you for keeping us dry.

I had a pesky roof leak over my garage. The roof is 22 years old and I suspected that the valley near the leak had clogged up with debri.

I called Hart Roofing and Hart came out the same day. He confirmed what I thought and showed me that the valley on the roof was near nonexistent. He had his helper pull up a couple tiles and he took pictures of some of the issues that was causing the leak. He then gave a me a decent qoute.

A few days later he sent out a good crew that was well equiped. They took out the rotted underlayment and replaced it. They then redid the tile and installed a nice straight valley. A couple days later it rained really hard. It was reassuring to see that the roof didn't leak...
