Update: I waited to get through this latest series of storms to evaluate the success os the repair job Harlan did. After two failures by other roofers I was elated to find that there was not one drop indicating a leak. Considering the severity of the storms I was duly impressed. When we had rain over the summer we noticed some leaking from our roof to the inside of our front porch. Cody with Harlan Quality Roofing came out and assessed our roof. It turned out we needed to have a valley rebuilt as well as some dry-rotted plywood replaced. They did not try to sell us on a new roof. The estimate was reasonable and the work was completed in just a few days. We've had plenty of rain since then and zero problems. Highly recommend this roofing company as they really know what they're doing, which is not easy to find!

Fantastic service from an honest company! My new homeowner's insurance company sent an inspector who said my roof was degraded and they canceled my policy as a result. Harlan was the first to respond to my inquiry to have someone come out and take a look at my roof. Cody came out and was amazing. He quickly saw there were very minor repairs that needed to be done and now my insurance is reinstated. I can't say enough good about these folks! We were extremely satisfied with Harlan Quality Roofing Inc. We obtained three other bids but Harlan Quality Roofing Inc. was the only company that came out onsite and gave us a bid after reviewing the future job. All of the others, sent in bids via email after they looked online at our house's roof. Now that may be old fashioned, in this day and age, but to have someone meet us at our house, provide an extensive bid for a new roof and then present it to us in person, tells us that this company has a first-rate customer service policy.

The price they gave us was competitive with the other bids but we chose Harlan because of their customer service. The work was completed within two or three days and the quality of work was outstanding. They followed up with getting the roof approved by the city and within a week everything was done.

I can't say enough about Harlan Quality Roofing Inc. I highly recommend them for any roofing or home improvement needs you need.

I called a few different roofing companies for an estimate for a client's home purchase out in Kavala Ranch area of Rancho Cordova. They were pleasant on the phone from the start, and provided free roof repair estimates.

Cody came to inspect the roof, and he did a thorough job, showed me photos, sent the estimate the next day along with photos for reference.

Paying for roof items is like buying new tires. It's never fun, an added expense, but definitely necessary. The estimate they sent was reasonable for the items needed, and I will be paying for it at the close of escrow.

This is a nice, local business that answers the phone every time I call.

I had dry rot on all four corners of my roof and eaves requiring replacement of the wood. Harlan Roofing gave me a great estimate and showed me what their repair plan was, fortunately they had recently done the exact same work on my neighbor's house (same floor plan and builder) so they knew what to expect. In addition to fixing the rot they made preventative repairs so I won't have the same issue. While fixing my original problem they discovered a pipe vent that didn't have the proper flashing and would definitely leak in the near future, they included that repair in my original quote, totally unexpected and very appreciated. The work was completed in 3 days and everything was cleaned up daily. I will use them every time.
