We urgently needed a roofing estimate for a house we were planning to buy. We called Jason and although his schedule was full, he found a way to squeeze us in and help us out. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We haven't yet had him complete the work, but he inspires confidence with his professionalism, attentiveness, and excellent communication.

Jason and his crew did a great job patching a leak that two other contractors had not been able to fix. They replaced a few tiles and left everything looking much nicer than before.

Waited two weeks for estimate (understandable due to recent hurricane). However, no one shows up at scheduled appt time nor calls. We call and they say they had ""called but had a wrong number"". We give them correct number and reschedule for next day and again no call and no show. Two days of missed work for nothing. I do not recommend.

This company; I have to say is exceptional. Living in Miami we come across many unlicensed workers and unfortunately many unprofessional people . I must say, I was very impressed with how professional Jason ( owner), and his employees were when they re did my roof last month. First, Jason came ON TIME to the appointment date we scheduled; Jason speaks both English and Spanish in which was a plus for me . The work was handled in a timely manner as promised and best of all he was decent in pricing. Highly recommend Hardtop roofing.

I wish I could say the same as the previous review! Contacted this roofing company on 2/3/16 and Jason stated he would be coming by on 2/4/16 and he called me the morning of the appt to reschedule for the following day which was fine. On 2/5/16, he called and stated that he couldn't make it again but I understood because he had an emergency. He rescheduled for 2/9/16 at 11 am. It is now 5:20 pm on 2/9/16 and I haven't even received a phone call. I didn't even try calling again because I don't think I'd like to work with a company like this anyways.

Jason and his team are phenomenal. Professional, honest, on-time. Great work. I got quotes from about 5 local people and Jason was highly competitive and left me with a much more confident feeling. I was right. Great guy and experience all around. Couldn't recommend HardTop enough.
