HEADACHE!!!! Their name should be SAD HOUSE. And I will tell you why, we signed our contract last year in July/2021. And, until now our pergola isn't complete. They said pandemic affected their supply of aluminum and panels which we were very very comprehensive for months. We all learned that patience is a virtue especially during Covid-19. But let's all be honest here, enough is enough. Happy house kept changing our deadlines, and couldn't provide an estimate date to start our pergola. All permits approved by October/2021and no signed of materials. Until they finally scheduled our installation. And guess what happened??? The material came incomplete missing parts a total mess. I am posting a picture of my current situation so no one should ***EVER EVER*** suffer from our mistakes by hiring them. The owner, has a sweet talk trying to calm down the customers, but at this point after 8 months and an incomplete installation this company should NOT be in business if they can only work and relay on ONE supplier. Very frustrating, and by the away no response from them yet about the missing panel.

I contracted Happy House in April to build an enclosed patio, Louis the representative was very professional and helpful, Evelyn the contact person in their office was also very helpful, their workers did an excellent job I would highly recommend them.
