With all the heavy rain we've been having we discovers that we had a leaking skylight. We had used Hanabri last year to install an attic fan, and couldn't have been happier with the work they did. Needless to say, they were our first choice to call for the repair. Someone came out the next day, and the job was completed in 1/2 hr. Raining big time right now and no leak. Very happy!

What wonderful people! First, they came when they said they would, Second, they inspected my problem and said it was not a roof leak and explained the problem and how I could have it fixed. Thirdly, they were so polite and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone, By the way, they were recommended to me by three different friends who feel the same way!

BE VERY CAUTIOUS!!!!! A Hannibri rep came to quote a specific job at our home. They sent a young lady in pigtails who climbed in our attic and took pictures of different areas and noted the issues. She told us that day there was only one area that needed immediate attention (the one we called about). They came back with a ridiculous $$10k+ quote saying we had several ""urgent"" areas of concern but provided no pictures except for the original area we called about. We said that's not what we were told by the girl and asked to speak with her directly and see pictures. We were told anyone could answer our questions. No one ever called us. We also noticed in small print additional unknown charges for each area of concern with a grand total of approx $$17k.

We inquired about these add'l charges and asked if there would be someone on the job that could communicate if further work would be necessary and the additional charges would occur. The office mgr, Melissa, was clearly irritated by our inquiries and extremely rude to us! She said ""they don't work that way"" but she would pass along our concerns.

So long story short, basic communication and transparency is an issue for this company. They did not want to provide information or pictures for the quote nor could we speak further with anyone. They just wanted to send a crew out and we blindly accept the work and charges with no questions asked. BTW, we were also told by the girl rep that our roof only had about 4 years of life left (we didn't believe that). None of this is okay when you're talking about $$10-17k in repairs on a roof that needs a full roof replacement in 4 years.

To make matters worse, our roof was leaking and they never ever called back because we wanted clarification. Very disappointed in Hannabri's poor business practices.

Silver lining, we got a roofer with 40+ years experience who did a tremendous job and disclosed everything to us. Thankfully, our roof does not need replacing and there really was only one issue which cost us $2100.... God was watching!

Again, beware of this company, especially if they are not forthcoming with detailed information and charges.

Got a metal roof. Have to say business is outstanding. The workers that came took their time, made sure all pieces were in good shape and worked very hard. When done for the day they cleaned up and we're back early to continue on.

I had repairs done 3 years ago by Hannabri Roofing. A rain storm hit in March, my repaired roof from Hannabri Roofing had 4 leaks, all in the area that was repaired. I called Hannabri and was told they no longer service St. Lucie county. I asked for the owner to call me so i could discuss options and never received a call back. I called and left the same message 3 times. Never a call back from anyone. Hannabri came highly recommended to me, and I paid them more than another estimate i received for the repair. I now have had to have the leaking area repaired again. The new roofer said the leaks were due to poor workman ship from the previous repair. The area was never sealed properly. Shame, Shame, Shame on Hannabri Roofing!

Wonderful company! I have had this worked with this company twice (last year for a minor leak) and more recently for some cracked tiles. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Fair price (as I had several bids). Would highly recommend.

Terrible customer service , they take your deposit and never give you starting date. Don't return phone calls very very poor customer service . Had to cancel the contract and get a reputable company.
