I don't usually do reviews, but I do want to do one for painting by Paul I read so many positive reviews other people had left on the Nextdoor website that had there house painted by Paul in La Mirada . He knew exactly what needed to be done. My house had not painted for 30 years so I needed a lot of prep work done, including stucco work His team was here every single day working on my house for 10 days. They were very neat and polite. Paul was very easy to get a hold of if I had any questions I would highly highly recommend him.

I saw paul on Instagram and Immediately fell in love with his work. I messaged him and he was able to come over to the house, and gave me a quote which was reasonable compared to other contractors. I paid him his fees by installment. He will follow you to your preferred home goods store to select your materials which was really helpful as he was able to explain the different tiles, and it helped in making a great selection. His team are great as well and their work is very clean. I was happy he sent over Joel and Willy to work on my bathroom. They are so amazing and pay attention to detail. Their work is extremely clean. Shoutout to Paul, Joel and Willy. I am so happy I contacted your team. Thank you for a job well done.

Paul is the man! I gave Paul a call after seeing a house in my neighborhood getting their exterior painted and he had a sign on the front lawn. The work they did looked so great I decided to reach out for a quote. I'm so glad I did! Paul came out and we discussed everything I wanted done - the entire house needed to be restuccoed, the exterior repainted, we wanted to add fascia board to the whole house (80% of the house didn't have fascia boards), update the gables above our garage and kitchen window, and replace the siding all around our big bay window. In short our house needed a major face lift.

When Paul came out for the initial walk through/quote he spent a lot of time talking with me about all the things I wanted to see changed and what my ultimate goals were. I was blown away by all his care and consideration when talking through all my questions - I had gotten a few quotes from other people but usually they just did a walk around the house and gave me a quote. I was immediately put at ease knowing Paul paid such close attention to details (I can be a bit OCD I'll be the first to admit) and knowing that he would have the same high standards of the job was an instant relief for me. During the initial walk through one of the things that stood out the most for me was Paul showing me so many houses he had worked on. He sent me a few addresses that I could drive by to see the quality of his work - for me that speaks volume of the pride he takes in the jobs he completes and his confidence that even when viewed up close and in person you'll see the quality of work. The quote was comparable to the other quotes we received (it was a bit more expensive but we wanted a lot of extra work done the other guys didn't offer) and the quote break down was easy to read and understand.

Paul and his team hit the ground running! We had a lot of paint chipping (our house was a tan color and the underneath paint was green - you can see tons of green paint in the before pictures) and I was worried about the power washing not being enough. I shouldn't have worried - yes they power washed but they also scraped the entire house to make sure there was no loose paint or stucco before they restuccoed the entire exterior. The new stucco already took 20 years off the age of the house but that was just the beginning. We also wanted fascia boards added to the entire exterior which really made it look like a whole new house. All the corners and edges were lined up impeccably - you can't tell where one piece of fascia board ends and the next begins. When they were replacing the gables and siding I appreciated we were given options and could choose which style looked best. We have a very old house so when they were replacing any walls they would fill them with insulation which we didn't even ask for - they just took care of it on their own (huge bonus points - we didn't even know to ask for it so it's awesome they just took care of it for us). During the process we realized we needed some additional boards to be replaced, a new garage door, and some additional patio work and Paul was able to give us a quote and work it all into the project. I can't stress how crucial, helpful and appreciated their flexibility and professionalism were with this project.

At the end of every day Paul's team did an immaculate clean up job. Every single day you wouldn't know that we were having such extensive work done because they left the house spotless. They were very respectful of our property and always put all their tools and items away. Paul was always available for a call or text whenever I had any questions, he was constantly coming by to check on the progress of everything and he always made sure the work was up to the highest of standards. Ultimately I will absolutely recommend Paul to anyone and everyone - we've already gotten so many compliments on the new stucco and paint job. We'll definitely be using him for our future house remodels. Thanks for everything Paul!

I'm so glad I hired Handyman Paul! I needed to remodel my house and was not sure who to hire. I did my research and so glad I went with Paul! He chose this amazing paint color called Alabaster from Sherwin Williams and it's a beautiful off white color. His workers were always on time, worked on the weekends, and were paying attention to every detail. I'm very picky when it comes to who works on my house, but Paul's service was excellent! You won't be disappointed with Paul and his prices are very reasonable
