Jonathan Hammond is a fraudster and outlaw. He intentionally made false commitments to make me pay him in advance for work he hasn't done, and even lied that he'll come to the job site but lack gas to swindle out of me gas money. Then he simply disappeared and never answered the phone. His driver's license has been suspended for years, but he told me that it's not gonna stop him from driving every day and that's what he did. From his words you can tell has no respect for the law whatsoever.
