We hired this company back in November 2019 to fix some shingles on our roof. They were suppose to send us the documents we need for our insurance company and still have yet to do so. Putting us at risk of losing our homeowners insurance since we can't show our proof of repairs. They are very unprofessional and will not return phone calls or emails. I would not recommend this company to anyone and if I could rate them lower I would.

I'm not sure why there'd ever be any bad reviews this company has done everything they can to ensure that I got the BEST and MOST work done for the BEST price. If you tell them something is up or if you have a question, they're eager to help. They're a busy company, great work and busy schedule but still strives to do their best. They are hard workers and chuck is especially very thorough and was able to do my job the very next day. This company has given my friends and family all great experiences and will forever be who I recommend. We worked patiently together to ensure I got what I wanted and at any point was willing to work with me with insurance claims as well as self pay projects I've had them do. I never thought I could trust the work of others as much as I do now. Very knowledgable with asphalt shingles, flat decks, torch down, wood work, metal roofing, whatever you need you name it, they do it and has done numerous repairs on me and my families homes as we have had a lot of issues with other companies in the past. they're very family oriented and are very lenient to help you and your family the way they'd help their own to make sure you are confident in your decision. They share a google album and pictures of all their hard miraculous work once finished of the before and after pictures and when they stumbled upon rusted nail pop, staples, broken caps, etc during their FREE estimates they gave us great deals compared to other companies. Their warranty is great. As a woman, I'm very picky and worrisome but they definitely go out of their way to put you at ease with your home or whatever work you are having done. They're the handyman crew. I had a company come in and check out one of my roofs and then had Hammerhead roofing come out. HAMMERHEAD definitely surprised me with what they found ontop of what the other companies had missed. Give them a chance. They will not let you down!! Thanks doug and chuck. Yall are great.

I wished I never hired this company Hammerhead Roofing & Remodeling.
I never knew when they would show up and when I was given a time they were late. Also there were damages to my home by the company while
working on the roof. Such as damage to the skylight interior wall the sheet rock was damaged with several big wholes. Leaks on my bedroom ceiling and my floodlight. I was told by Doug Vansant that they would repair the damages but he didn't. He should honor his word and work.
HE NEVER RETURNED TO REPAIR THE DAMAGES. There is more that I would like to express but I will it would take too long to express what I think, So I will just leave it to that.
