I hate leaving bad reviews for locally owned companies but I have to warn others about this company...they get 2 stars for getting the mold off my roof but took away 3 stars because they didn't take care of the vegetation and shrubs as promised on their website. The bleach solution they used got all over my potted plants and shrubs, killing them and will now have to spend extra money to have large shrubs removed. I did let the owner know as his crew only covered 2 bushes and allowed the bleach solution to get on other bushes and my potted plants and within 3 days after the roof wash, these plants were shriveled up and dead. I haven't heard back from him as to how he will compensate or remedy this damage but I do not recommend them as they promise more than they provide. Even my recycling trash can and a Halloween decoration got bleach on them, fading the decoration and etched the top of the recycling can. It's unbelievable this happened as you'd think they are used to doing this all the time and take care of outside shrubs and plants as promised. Had I known they wouldn't cover my plants, I would've brought them inside and covered the shrubs myself.

Professional, detailed and great customer service from start to finish. The roof looks great. I questioned some dirt on the house and they cleaned the area with no hesitation. Joe, Steve and Nick all made the process very easy.

I recently hired Hammerhead Roofing after research on the best way to clean and remove black mold growing on my red ceramic tile roof. Through Google searches I learned that high pressure washing is not the way to go with ceramic tile. Like a liquid laser beam it can actually cause damage. I learned that "" softwash"" is an alternative. After going through many reviews of various companies I chose "" Hammerheads"". Nick and Greg was the team that arrived at my house. They explained to me that unlike high pressure washing that use 1,400 lbs of narrowly directed water pressure they only use 75 lbs with an ecologically benign solution that kills mold and applies a protectant. The team was very efficient and protected my lawn by peeling off the top layer of lawn and digging a hole for the gutter runoff of solution. They reinserted the soil and lawn layer so that a week later it looks seamless. Yes, I waited a week to add my review to assess their work over time. I am very happy with the results. Thumbs up

High-quality work and a very professional approach. The crew did a great job last week - softwashed the roof, house, driveway, walkway, lanai & pool deck. I called late yesterday afternoon because some rust had washed out of the gutter system when it rained the day after the softwash. They were back here before 8am this morning to clean the affected areas. Impressive!

Met with multiple companies for quotes and to learn more about their services and Hammerhead was the most professional and offered a complete program for our home. Power wveashed our roof here in Trinity Fl,,,,,killed many shrubs! promioses promies,,,but never shows up it has been a year with promises to fix the matter,,,disgusted,,,,we have called so many times with a promise to fix the problem well the problem still exists ...and...we requested the sidewalk to be power washed, when he said Joe said he would do it....well...again we called and asked about why it still looked dirty when he said he had done it,,,it was never done according to people who were on the look out for them (we live out of state)....what a B.S.er!!!...thank you very much!

I'm so happy with their service and professionalism. They were very accommodating to my schedule when I called and asked for a quote and showed up when they said they were going to be there. Not only did they do a great job, but what really impressed me was the follow up afterwards. I highly recommend Hammerhead Roof and Structure Softwash.
