Paul Hamilton and his wife, Ashley, are con artists! He starts off really well and very attentive to the needs. He was our ""property manager"" on 4 properties. We paid him money to do repairs/fix up properties that he never did. He also took 2 months of rent from our tenants but told us that they hadn't paid. We have proof from the tenants that they did pay. He would not return our calls and ghosted us. He owes us over $5000 . DO NOT TRUST this man.
I know several other people who have been duped by him also and he owes them larger amounts of money.

Paul and his team did a great job providing me with a ramp so I could access the upper tier of my property easier. During his initial visit he made sure he understood what I was looking for and provided options that I hadn't thought of. He was able to quote before he left and he and his crew arrived on time and worked through the heat to complete the project on time. Thanks for the great job!
