I emailed Sunday about a roof repair. No reply. I called Monday and was told he could come by Tuesday morning to look at my roof leak. I text him my info and request a call to let me know what time on Tuesday morning he will be arriving. No reply. Tuesday morning by 9:15 I haven't heard from him. I call him and he tells me he can't be here until Tuesday afternoon. I took off work Tuesday morning since that's when he told me he could be here. Poor follow up. Obviously there is no accountability. With south Florida being full of shady contractors I do believe it's very important to let others know when I come across one. I appreciate the same in return. That is why Yelp is useful to me. Keep your word and be professional. Admit your mistakes when they are made.

When we came down to out property we noticed a leak in the ceiling of the master bedroom that had gotten worse. We called several other roofers who told us they could come out to look at the leak till the following week & we were on a time schedule. This happened on Wed the 7th. I contacted Hamilton Roofers & spoke with Patrick who said he normally doesn't come this far north but happened to be in the area & would come out to look at the problem; approx an hr later he was at our door. He also inspected the rest of the roof & found other potential problems but not serious issues that he would address when repairing our roof. Unfortunately because of pre-existing schedules they weren't able to come-out till the following Tues to fix the leak (otherwise 5 stars) As it turned out the leak was coming from the adjoining neighbors roof. They ended up removing half the back section & part of the neighbors 2-3 ft onto their side find & fix the problem w/o an additional charge.
Patrick was a pleasure to work with, I would recommend to others Hopefully we don't need his services again for another 15 yrs, but if I do Hamilton Roofing will be my 1st call

patrick and eamonn stopped by to check out some potential roof issues found during our presale home inspection. they found no major work needed, but patrick (very generously) repaired a questionable spot on our roof, free of charge. courteous, prompt, extremely professional-- AND a free repair? we will be using hamilton brothers for ALL of our future roof repair needs-- can't recommend highly enough!

What can I say, another terrific experience from the estimate to completion. Great attitude, work performed as scheduled, professional crew and clean up complete. Quality workmanship. My roof is repaired and complete with a one year warranty.

I'm finally back from deployment and just as I expected the problems persists. When Hamilton Bros originally came out to fix the issue I had all new sheet rock and insulation put in. I now return home and there is still a leak coming from somewhere in the roof. Mold has now begun to appear in that general area. The stain that Mr. Hamilton claims was already there has grown bigger since I last saw it. I know FOR SURE I'm not going crazy. Stains and Mold don't just start appearing out of nowhere. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING.

08/23/18:
I called Mr. Hamilton last week to see if he would be willing to come out to my home to see what's going on with my roof. To my surprise he accepted and today he came out to my home. Although the warranty had expired from the prior job he did, Mr. Hamilton found the issue and took care of it. I truly appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to maintain customer satisfaction. I hope that I can finally cease to worry about my roof because it's been nothing but a nightmare up to this point.

Hamilton Bros Roofing is my go to roofing company, I first used them five years ago when we had 4 roofers taking a look at my roof, only two looked in the attic and only Patrick and his guys found an additional leak, haven't had any leaks since until recently with hurricane Irma and Patrick responded A.S.A.P to replace the missing tiles and resolved the leaking issue. Patrick and his crew are the only company I trust. Exceptional & quality service. Fair & reasonably priced! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you so much!!!

This is how a small business should be run.

Day 1

Patrick gave me a honest and clearly written proposal to repair and replace a bunch of broken tiles on my roof along with repair two large leaks in my facia that had caused the wood to rot.

Day 2

Patrick and his crew worked tirelessly to repair or replace the broken tiles as necessary. Stopping only for a lunch break.

Day 3

Finished repairing the leaks and replacing the rotted wood facia. Did a finally inspection and cleaned up the work area. Providing me with a before and after photos of all the work that was done...and it was a lot.

Hamilton Bros. did an amazing job and were very professional and courteous. I would whole heartedly recommend them with out reservation.
