I saw the listing for Hamilton Bros. Roofing and saw a majority of positive reviews. Therefore, I decided to call as I had a small repair job to my roof that was needed. I spoke to Patrick and he was very accommodating to what was needed. He came to my address, saw what was needed to be done, gave me an estimate; which I agreed was a fair price. I wasn't present the day the job was done as I was working, however when I got home and saw the finished work I was pleased. The area was clean as well. If in the future I need any roof work done I will call Patrick, no need to look elsewhere. Kudos to you all at Hamilton Bros. Roofing!

Used Yelp to get some quotes on roof resealing and Hamilton Bros responded the quickest and provided the most competitive quote. They did a fantastic job and this is my roof 6 months after (poor lighting but it looks fantastic).

I was extremely happy with this company. I called them on a Saturday afternoon thinking I was going to each a voice mail or a answering service but I reached the owner of the company instead . I explained I had water on the floor in my dining room from a roof leak. The owner said he was out doing estimates and he would be to my house that day to give me a estimate. I had another quote so the price he quoted me was almost the same as the other estimate I had . He gave me a date when he and 2 of his men could fix my roof. It took the 3 men 6.5 hours to fix everything . I am so happy I chose this company and you will be too !

We hired Hamilton Bros Roofing for a roof leak. They repaired it for $1800.00. Roof still leaked in exact same spot. They came again, re-repaired it. It still leaks (3rd) this time 6-8 inches away from original repair. The roofer who came to inspect yesterday said the ""work they did led to this current leak"". He said we got the ""tail light warranty"" as this company will not stand by their work. Hamilton Bros will not come to inspect, they will not give partial refund, they will not do another repair. The roof is leaking for the 3rd time in the same spot. When I contacted Hamilton Bros. he told me he is ""A+ rating/Accredited member 15 years. Your false review will not change that madam."" Hire them if you want to throw $1800 in the trash and start over having to hire a new roofer for the repair and PAY AGAIN, which is what we are forced to do. Not trustworthy. The pictures below are what you are left with after 2 repairs and an $1800 bill from Hamilton Bros. Roofing. Let's find a reputable roofer now !! Do these pics look like A+ work to you?

UNETHICAL PRACTICES, BREACH OF CONTRACT, INFLATED PRICES, FRAUDULENT LIEN ATTEMPT

I wish I had good things to say about my experience dealing with this company but unfortunately they are in violation of their own contract agreement with us. In 2019, I was quoted $25,920.00 to replace the roof on my parent's house. In 2021, Patrick Hamilton stated that due to increase in costs, he stated had to increase the estimate by over 57%. Even though this was a huge increase compared to what we had been quoted before, Patrick seemed knowledgeable about working on barn styled roofs so I agreed to the $40,000.00 price. We paid $20,000.00 upon signing the contract. The balance of $20,000.00 was to be signed upon job completion. My parents signed the contract in May of 2021. They started working on the roof in the end of September and finished almost a month later. After the job was completed, the company is now demanding an additional $11,260.00 on top of the original agreed amount. Per the signed contract for the job, it states very clearly ""Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders"" signed by Patrick Hamilton. It also states ""You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above"" signed by my parents (amount $40,000.00). Hamilton Bros Roofing Co. did NOT notify my parents about any increase costs at any time nor did they ever receive authorization from them confirming any additional costs outside of the agreed upon price. Their attorney has reached out demanding payment and is even threatening to file a Lien on my parent's property. If they attempt this, I will be filing a countersuit for placing a Fraudulent lien on my family's home. Their practices are unethical and in clear violation of the signed contract agreement.

Patrick was great to deal with. I initially submitted a quote inquiry through their website, but didn't get a response. Called the next day and he stated he hadn't gotten a notification and then immediately came to the house to provide a quote. I shopped the price around and he was very competitive, plus I appreciated the bonus of not being transferred between multiple parties and having to schedule appointments with third party inspectors as I did with other companies.
Once I decided to go with Patrick, he was able to work me in the next morning and repairs were complete well before noon. I always try supporting local small businesses and this is one I will recommend without hesitation.

""Sorry we couldn't connect""?? Your company made very little effort to connect.

Being too busy or using the rainy season as an excuse to not take the time to provide an estimate or at least have a meaningful conversation with a potential new customer is weak. It gives the impression that you weren't interested in the job, and nothing else. I realize that a roofing contractor (or any business for that matter) is not able to control many things, but customer service is 100% within your control.

We never spoke on the phone and you didn't take my calls after you left. Less than a minute of time lapsed between your arrival at my house and then you telling me that you were already on the highway.

I cannot say enough good things about Hamilton Brothers Roofing. They were very responsive. No nonsense with the quote and we're ready to perform the work within a day! Unfortunately the rain had other ideas.
When they returned a few days later, they were quick, efficient and had some of the most knowledgable and experienced roofers I have seen in awhile working on my roof. The work was beautiful. They photographed each step so I did not have to climb a ladder if I did not want to. I did! The materials they used were top notch, name brands and proper weight and composition.
I waited to write this review until it had stood the test of time but my flat roof has and is still dry and perfect. It has withstood some of the worst Florida thunderstorms you could imagine, including heavy, driving rain and wind blown rain from every point of the compass.
If you are looking for a great roofer, be sure to get a quote from Hamilton Brothers. My experience was great, I think yours will be too.
