This is the second time that I have used Hamilton Bros Roofing.

What can I say, another terrific experience from the estimate to completion. Great attitude, work performed as scheduled, professional crew and clean up complete. Quality workmanship. My roof is repaired and complete with a one year warranty.

I'm finally back from deployment and just as I expected the problems persists. When Hamilton Bros originally came out to fix the issue I had all new sheet rock and insulation put in. I now return home and there is still a leak coming from somewhere in the roof. Mold has now begun to appear in that general area. The stain that Mr. Hamilton claims was already there has grown bigger since I last saw it. I know FOR SURE I'm not going crazy. Stains and Mold don't just start appearing out of nowhere. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING.

08/23/18:
I called Mr. Hamilton last week to see if he would be willing to come out to my home to see what's going on with my roof. To my surprise he accepted and today he came out to my home. Although the warranty had expired from the prior job he did, Mr. Hamilton found the issue and took care of it. I truly appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to maintain customer satisfaction. I hope that I can finally cease to worry about my roof because it's been nothing but a nightmare up to this point.

If you have any roofing needs, this is the company to call. We contacted Patrick Hamilton and he came and gave us a quote in a timely manner. Within a week the repair was done. Starting with the very first meeting with Eamonn presenting me with a smile, handshake and business card, to the millions of questions I asked which Patrick and Jesus answered immediately upon asking. They were not focused on collecting payments as they were on answering me politely, quickly when I had questions. They work very quickly, are very detail oriented, professional and customer focused. Hamilton Bros Roofing is my go to roofing company, I first used them five years ago when we had 4 roofers taking a look at my roof, only two looked in the attic and only Patrick and his guys found an additional leak, haven't had any leaks since until recently with hurricane Irma and Patrick responded A.S.A.P to replace the missing tiles and resolved the leaking issue. Patrick and his crew are the only company I trust. Exceptional & quality service. Fair & reasonably priced! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you so much!!!

This is how a small business should be run.

Day 1

Patrick gave me a honest and clearly written proposal to repair and replace a bunch of broken tiles on my roof along with repair two large leaks in my facia that had caused the wood to rot.

Day 2

Patrick and his crew worked tirelessly to repair or replace the broken tiles as necessary. Stopping only for a lunch break.

Day 3

Finished repairing the leaks and replacing the rotted wood facia. Did a finally inspection and cleaned up the work area. Providing me with a before and after photos of all the work that was done...and it was a lot.

Hamilton Bros. did an amazing job and were very professional and courteous. I would whole heartedly recommend them with out reservation.

I contacted Hamilton Bros. Roofing because I had a leak above my kitchen Patrick was able to come out that same day to give me a estimate he explained to me where the leak was coming from and the process it takes to repair my tile roof after hiring Hamilton Bros they were able to come out that same week to fix my roof Patrick took several pictures to show me the work that was done. It's been several months and have had no problems with my roof!! I've already recommended Hamilton Bros. Roofing to several of my friends

Extremely unreliable and demonstrating lack of professionalism. Mr Patrick Hamilton and his company failed to appear on the day that the job was scheduled. Our roof required the AC contractor to remove first the unit on the rooftop in order for the roof to be replaced. The AC unit was removed on Thursday prior to the day (Friday) we had agreed with Mr Hamilton to come out and replace the roof. On Friday Mr Hamilton did not show up... when we called, he said that he had changed his mind and we should look for a different roofer because he does not have time to request a permit from the city. This conversation took place ON THE DAY of the job... leaving us with no roofer, and no AC unit. Needless to say, we were shocked. It is unbelievable that a local business would treat its customers with such disregard for the mutual agreement. How do you just not show up on the day of the job?! We had been discussing the work with Mr Hamilton for over a month and every detail had been covered. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

DO NOT USE!!! I used Hamilton Bros Roofing 3 times over the past 12 years which were all completed professionally, and that is why I chose Hamilton for my roof replacement even though their quote was higher than others. The experience has been nothing short of horrible, and I am seeking damages for their negligence and delays resulting in lost income from my rental property. I originally accepted their bid in June 2017... it is now January 2018 and the roof is not complete. I have since found out that they sub-contracted the work and have not maintained any oversight for getting it done. Instead, they have placed blame for delays on everything apart from themselves including: permits, tile manufacturers, suppliers, and inspectors. I know the excuses are lies as a neighbor had their roof replaced in just 6 weeks from start to finish during Nov/Dec. Furthermore, the work done to date is shoddy with poor quality materials resulting in additional damage to gutters and landscaping. This situation is the result of poor management and poor communication by Patrick Hamilton, who has passed on the oversight of the work being done in his family's name.

Horrible experience. I hired Hamilton due to the price ($7,620.00 for my roof) and positive reviews at the beginning of April; my house had a few flat deck leaks. To avoid having future problems, we decided to replace the roof rather than fix it. We had to wait for the permit to be approved before they could start the job. Unfortunately for me, they forgot to request the permit until almost two months later. In the meantime, my home kept on getting drywall damage. When the permit was finally approved at the end of may, two weeks later they delivered the materials and about a month later they showed up to work. The workers thought they worked at a strip club, as they did not have shirts, the pants were half down their buttocks, and they were urinating all over my garden. They demolished my old roof and then Patrick told me he underbid my project, and that now I would have to pay almost double ($12,506.00) than the original quoted price. Additionally, I had to furnish a General Contractor to remove the french doors so he could do his work. Reluctantly, I agreed to the price the second least expensive roofer bid on the project - Suntek Roofing, which was $10,400.00. Shortly after, they spent one more day in my house and left it abandoned for about a month trying coordinating with a door specialist. Category 5 Hurricane Irma was on the way when I asked them to secure or remove the roofing materials from my house. Day after day I was told tomorrow, but nobody showed up. Patrick Hamilton decided not to answer the phone anymore, his foreman did the same thing. Finally, the day before the hurricane at 2:00 pm two individuals showed up, picked up the roofing materials but left the roofing debris - told me the foreman would pick up the rest of the debris. He never showed up. Five months later, my house now leaks more than before. If I would not have hired Patrick, my ceilings would not have had damage. The first coating he installed caused more damage to my house than the two leaks I had before. He removed part of my siding, which he did not secure back. He removed part of the tiles leaving them all exposed, and he did not secure them back. He did not replace rotten wood and cover it up. My experience was horrible, from the bait and switch pricing tactic, to 5 months of doing nothing, to doing the worse roofing job I have ever seen, to being left abandoned during a hurricane to God's mercy. Now we have to find another roofer, Suntek would not do the job due to the condition Hamilton left it, and roofer's price has gone up since they now have more demand... hurricane Irma came. We had a Category 5 hurricane coming our way and Hamilton left our house vulnerable, damaged, unprotected and deliberately failed to do anything to change the situation and secure the property. Hamilton abandoned us fully knowing our home and perhaps our lives will perish. Despite the fear and trauma of not having protection against the storm, my house was an active rain shower in multiple new locations causing more damage than several times the cost of the new roof. A roof Hamilton was hired to replaced several months ago. I wish he gets treated the same way he treated me and my family.
