I cannot speak highly enough about this company. I had hail damage repeatedly the past few years. My insurance company said ehh. not that bad.
Shannon worked with me telling me my roof did need to be replaced and insurance should cover. With her advice, I was able to get my roof replaced. The process was explained to me including reasons the under material is used and the benefits of metal over shingle.
The roofers were great, my metal roof looks amazing and they were able to find gutter company that matched my roof.

I would NOT recommend using this company for roofing a home. Our experience was one of the worst we have ever encountered including little to no communication on the project. Use another company if you want a professional experience. We should have paid attention to the review dates on their website.

Called and wanted them to repair two shingles that had fallen off. He said it would be better to replace whole shingle. Also asked to pound nails down around pipes. Said he would be back the following day, but actually came back 5 days later. Didn't know I was home, never heard any pounding of a hammer, guess he decided to glue the old shingle back on!! Called me, was surprised I was home, so I went out to talk to him. He continued to say he couldn't do anything more and said I needed a new roof! The roof is only 7 years old!!! Proceeded to charge me $100 to glue 2 shingles!

Professionalism. That's the word to describe this company. I got a great quote on a standing seam metal roof. Turns out there was a miscommunication between myself and them, what I wanted wasn't what was what they planned to install. Once this was realized they delayed the job without a second thought, gave me the number of a great framing company, worked with me to get a plumbing company to move a vent stack and even went out of their way to help me on an after hour call to move a trailer just so my wife would have an easier time backing out of our driveway!

Never once did they balk at any of my requests, it was always ""Customer First!"". Done with a genuine smile and a handshake. I proudly recommend Hall's Roofing and will have them work on my property in the future. Shannon, Chris and especially Alan and his dedicated crew are the absolute best!!! You will not find a better company to work with!

Hire them and you won't be disappointed!
