I would NOT recommend using this company for roofing a home. Our experience was one of the worst we have ever encountered including little to no communication on the project. Use another company if you want a professional experience. We should have paid attention to the review dates on their website.

Called and wanted them to repair two shingles that had fallen off. He said it would be better to replace whole shingle. Also asked to pound nails down around pipes. Said he would be back the following day, but actually came back 5 days later. Didn't know I was home, never heard any pounding of a hammer, guess he decided to glue the old shingle back on!! Called me, was surprised I was home, so I went out to talk to him. He continued to say he couldn't do anything more and said I needed a new roof! The roof is only 7 years old!!! Proceeded to charge me $100 to glue 2 shingles!

Professionalism. That's the word to describe this company. I got a great quote on a standing seam metal roof. Turns out there was a miscommunication between myself and them, what I wanted wasn't what was what they planned to install. Once this was realized they delayed the job without a second thought, gave me the number of a great framing company, worked with me to get a plumbing company to move a vent stack and even went out of their way to help me on an after hour call to move a trailer just so my wife would have an easier time backing out of our driveway!

Never once did they balk at any of my requests, it was always ""Customer First!"". Done with a genuine smile and a handshake. I proudly recommend Hall's Roofing and will have them work on my property in the future. Shannon, Chris and especially Alan and his dedicated crew are the absolute best!!! You will not find a better company to work with!

Hire them and you won't be disappointed!

I called Hall's to get an estimate for a minor roof repair. They were one of four companies I called and the only one that returned my call. They gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone and had someone at the house the next morning. The roofer was efficient fixing the issue and took the time to explain all that he did. Excellent and professional service from the office staff to the roofer... Highly recommend! Do yourself a favor and support a locally owned family business!

Recently used Hall's for a roofing issue on one of my rental homes. Got a couple of bids for the leak and Hall's recommended the shingles needn't be completely replaced whereas a couple of other roofers gave high quotes to replace the entire section of shingles. Hall's said that in the event their fix did not work they would credit the cost towards a bigger replacement which was reassuring.

Overall they did a great job. I saved myself $$$ and the roof held up through a lot of rain and storms that followed! Very happy! They also made it out the property in a timely manner so my renters were pleased it was fixed quickly

I will definitely work with them again for any future issues with my rentals and my home too without hesitation! Thank you Hall's!
