I had a leak that developed with the storms we've been having. I called Hallmark Roofing who installed our roof 26 years ago.
Hallmark has been extremely helpful over the years with any issues often responding the next day. I give the highest recommendation for anyone needing an awesome roofer. John and his crew will take care if your roof like family.
Our solar panel system mounts created issues and we needed to replace the roof again. We got the CertainTeed PresidentiL Shingles which look great.

This has to be the best roofing company in the Bay Area. Hallmark installed my roof and gutters in 2002. John and company did a great job with excellent quality of work. 22 years later(this weekend) had a leak in an area of the roof. called Saturday left a message and received call back Sunday and they arranged to be at my home at 8am this morning. I wanted to let everyone know what a great job Hallmark Roofing Services did for us at our home in San Carlos. We remodeled over 20 years and at that time Hallmark was the company to put on the new roof at that time. I recently noticed a small puddle in the garage and monitored it over a few rain storms. It was a leak and it looked like the outside utilities pool supporting the house and the roof line. The team from Hallmark was supposed to arrive on a Wednesday, which ended up being a rainy day. They still showed up, listened to what I had discovered with the puddles. They explained their next steps and I let them be. About 20 minutes later they came off the roof and closed up and explained where they repaired and what the condition was before the repair and how it should be good now. They told me I would receive a bill and to call if we have additional water leakage from this repair or any other leak. The roof has not leaked, and we have had some major storms since the repairs. It was so nice to deal with a professional company who provided a fair price, quick response and were reliable in when they arrived and the quality of the work. Everyone there has been fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend them for Roofing services.

Hallmark Roofing worked on my neighbor's roof--and left a mess of nails, shingles, and other debris. Weeks later, we are still finding nails on our property. Cleanup, if there was any, was minimal to say the least.

Called out to inspect the roof of a house I was buying years ago. John went on the roof and emphatically said there were gaps in roof penetrations he could fit his hand into that needed fixing. Also said gutters needed cleaning. I bought the house and went on the roof myself. None of that was true.

Hallmark Roofing installed a new roof and gutters on our home about 17 years ago and we have been very pleased with their workmanship and materials. A few months ago we noticed a drip from the corner of one gutter and called Hallmark to ask for a gutter referral to do the repairs. John, the owner, responded right away and sent a man to inspect our problem. While he was here, he noticed a few minor issues with some roof flashing. They made an appointment and completed the work within one week. When we went to pay the bill, the owner said it was covered under our original roof warranty. We were blown away by their prompt service and integrity in backing up the warranty after so many years. We highly recommend the excellent service of Hallmark Roofing. They back their work!
