I had a new roof installed a few years back by John who owns Hallmark Roofing. From the start John did exactly what he said he would do. They installed a complete new roof on my house in a timely fashion. We did have a problem with one of our skylights leaking, but called John he sent out his team and they took care of the issue fast and correctly. I have not had any issues since, until I notice our gutters were not draining properly. Again I called John and just like in the past he got his team out to my house solved the issue. It's easy to sell something, but where the real sale comes from is the service after the sale. This is where you can tell if you made the right decision. In this case I am 110% happy with our roof from Hallmark Roofing. I would highly recommend John and his team to any of my relatives and friends knowing they are in very good hands.

We just had a new roof completed by Hallmark Roofing. We got three quotes and decided to go with Hallmark. They were great. Came on time, cleaned up and did excellent work. The crew worked continuously, with one hour for lunch, and got the job done in less then 3 days. You will not go wrong with Hallmark Roofing.

Had hallmark out 2 times (in 3 years) for old shake roof tune up. 1st time, Water leak and sheetrock damage in one bathroom. Very expensive tune up at $1000.00. Didn't look like much was done but gave them benefit of the doubt. They advised time for a new roof, but we opted for the 1000.00 tune up, not fully trusting them yet. Second rainy season, leak in exact same spot. They pleaded the ""you need a new roof"" defense. I know I do, but for 1000. i expected one leak to be resolved. I'm giving them another chance, getting estimated for new roof before this coming rainy season

Pretty disappointed. We had our roof done by hallmark almost 20 years ago and I remember calling to have them come out and check it probably 10 years in and got tired of no call back. Now one of the gutters seam is leaking. So I called and asked for someone to come out to check the roof in general aside from one specific area, and John came out and couldn't be bothered checking the roof. Strike one. Then I asked about some gutters and he said would write me an estimate I asked for approximate which he didn't want to do. His calculations on the spot were over $400 less than the written but what really upsets me is he didn't even bother to send the estimate out until a week after he came. Very disappointing, sounds like crummy customer service

We had Hallmark put a new roof on our house right before a BIG wind and rain storm. The house stayed dry and secure. We live in a high wind area of Pacifica and really need a great roof. John listened to our concerns and used stainless steel nails. It looks great too.

The owner John is very friendly and professional. Hallmark Roofing put a brand new roof on our house in only 2 days. No mess left at all when it was done. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a new roof and his prices are very reasonable. My husband and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I hope people will ask us what company we used to do the roof just so I can tell them about Hallmark. We got other bids and put off getting a new roof because they were too high or we didn't get a good feeling from the person who was pushing too hard to have us sign on the dotted line. John came out, went up on the roof and checked it all out, then he said he would send us an estimate in the mail. No hard sell, it was very surprising and it just shows he doesn't hike up his prices and then come down when you say you can't afford it, which other companies tried to do to us.
