I have been in the industry since 1988. 35 years of dedicated service. Always verify licenses for any complaints against unlicensed individuals. I take pride in my craftsmanship. My journey started when I was just a kid. I am the middle child. My father passed away when I was just 12 years old. My mother raised three boys on her own: me at 12, and my brothers who were 14 and 10. At 14, I began my career as a laborer. Growing up, my father was an engineer who constantly built and designed, and I found joy in learning from him. After that, I earned my high school diploma, attended community college, and spent a year at Penn State. I returned to home building and found great satisfaction in it. I established my business in Long Beach in 1988 after moving there in 1987. I aim to construct with pride, enjoying the process of building dream homes. I want all to see that Dan Hallahan was the builder of that project when it’s done!

After parking his work truck in a compact parking lot and screaming from my window to have him move his car so I can get out because he has completely trapped me in. He said ""didn't you see me come in"" and I said yes didn't you hear me yelling and proceeds to calling me a bitch. He moves his truck up but only leaving me room to get out through the trees and bushes and then backs it back up into me! I was standing on the side in the dirt almost hitting a tree because he decided he didn't want to stop backing up until he hit me! The way this person is disgusting and disrespectful!!
Mark G.Hallahan general contracting has built two projects I worked on providing the designs and architecture. He's now doing a 3rd very complicated large scale project. The years of experience pays off. The work is tight tolerances and clean finishes. Making the structures not look like an addition is key to building in the City as almost no one does a new home from scratch. Matching old with new, working with older homes, updating them to the newest codes, he gets them done and the clients ask for more work after it's done. So I refer him a lot.
