HRC was really great to work with! Starting with Jason...really great at communicating and explaining how things work (we had water damage). He was really knowledgeable and easy to work with. All in all our project work was three weeks including plumbing, carpentry, painting, flooring and even carpet binding. Great quality and all workers were very hard working. Gina was the project manager that helped make it all happen smoothly. I'd work with them again in a heartbeat!

I was referred to Haldeman Restoration by ServPro of El Dorado Hills after a devastating fire that destroyed my shop for my business.
Jason came out to the property prior to any adjusters arriving on the scene. He approached the job with a "" can do"" attitude from the start of to the finish of the project. The quality of internal employees and the sub contractors that they had on the job were extrordinary. I really appreciate the attention to detail that they all exhibited and what good people they all are. The project was completed on time and done very well. I would strongly recommend HRC to anyone that needs to rebuild a structure after a fire or other disaster.

I recently suffered catastrophic losses at my mobile home due to a pipe bursting and flooding my entire house. This happened after just having the entire plumbing redone by a company that I want to name but won't. Although you've all heard of them. The house needed a restoration quickly. Now the good part. I contacted Haldeman restoration and worked with their project manager Stan. He went way beyond the service that I was expecting. They got the necessary permits and got the job done quickly and the place looks beautiful. No one wants to have to restore your property if it can be avoided, but if you find yourself in need, I would highly recommend Haldeman for your project. They are dependable and honest!

If there could ever be a silver lining to going through a restoration process, it's working with Haldeman Restoration Company. I received immediate responses when I first contacted Jason. He listened to what I needed and hooked me up with Gina, a great project manager. My timeline was met. The finish work done by Gene was first-rate. I would not hesitate to contact Haldeman Restoration Company if I have future projects to complete!

Our original, signed, contract price went up by about 40% after they completely demolished our bath rendering it useless. Jason said the design (after 3 of their staff had been to our house) would not work. We asked for no changes. They let us know this after demoing the bath, not before. After that, they continued to ask for additional money for things until we said we'd just pay them for the work they'd done and find someone else. In the end, the bathroom looks good but It was a frustrating experience and we paid significantly more than agreed upon for less than we had agreed upon. We had worked with them on a previous water related issue, and with the insurance company involved, we had a better experience.

We had Haldeman Restoration restore our 70 year old home after a fire. Everything started out great, but towards the end of the restoration things went south when the Project manager quit. Communication between project manager and owner did not happen as we thought.

The work they did was pretty good quality but had to fight to get our punch list completed after project manager quit.

Office staff were pretty good about getting us what we needed.

Very disappointed with HRC. Probably the worst experience ever involving a home repair or project. I suggest looking elsewhere. What was supposed to be 4-5 weeks turned into almost 4 months. Poor workmanship, terrible communication, broken promises and very messy. Had to finish the job b/c they didn't.

Thank you to HRC team! We had a busted pipe at our dishwasher, and it ruined our kitchen.  It was honestly very stressful because we had to stay in a hotel and the adjuster didn't really tell us what to expect.  HRC went to bat for us and worked with the adjuster to get a fair estimate approved.  The process seemed confusing but Jason explained everything along the way.

The repairs came out very good, although a little dusty along the way!  Our new granite is so beautiful and the can lights made such a difference.  Jarrod converted our oak cabinets to an espresso finish and the hardwood flooring was replaced.  I think we drove everyone crazy with our pickiness, but the finished product was very nice.

All in all it was a long process but Haldeman was a good commander in chief.  Thanks guys!

Update year later. Finding faulty repairs everywhere! It's a shame my beautiful home is falling apart due to shotty repairs from Jason at Haldeman construction . My home was brand new and now looks like a child painted and repaired it. The painter didn't paint anything right . I didn't ask u to paint my roof with splotches , I didn't ask for cheap ikea garage cupboards that fall apart , I didn't ask for floor boards to be popping off, I didn't request u to cut into my bathroom cabinet and leave it destroyed. You guys should be ashamed of yourself!!! Doing this to my home sickens me.Also my neighbor recorded the contractors arguing daily inside my home , yelling and fighting was goin on instead of work.. when I called Jason about the shotty repairs and paint job that looks like a child did he replied with "" the painter is going blind"" not a word else about the shotty repairs. *Note, all concerns were brought to their attention and ignored which is why there is no interest to ever let Haldeman back into my home. Thank you for showing your level of professionalism by marking my honest review funny, this was the same behavior I experienced from you and your staff. Oh almost forgot to mention how my tool shed and tools were used by your company who's name changes frequently. THATS STRANGE.. I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY TO YOU PERSONALLY JASON, THIS IS CALLED A YELP REVIEW AND YOU HAD YOUR CHANCE TO OWN UP TO THE SHOTTY REPAIRS . ALSO I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS WITH THESE SAME EXACT PICTURES AND VIDEO A YEAR AGO AND YET THE PROBLEM WAS NOT RESOLVED. THE ONLY TIME I WAS CONTACTED WAS FOR PAYMENT DURING THE EXTREMELY LENGTHY TIME IT TOOK TO REPAIR MY HOME. NICE ""DAGNABBIT"" RESPONSE TO MY LAST REVIEW ,it should be your new company name once u change it again next year.

Haldeman Construction was incredibly helpful in putting my house back together after the discovery of a small water leak that turned into a somewhat involved water damage and mold remediation project - all while I was very pregnant and later had a newborn in the house! Great work and wonderful customer service. Thanks again!
