Jason Haldeman and his project manager did a superb job restoring and remodeling a disaster house in Rocklin. The place had been trashed by the previous tenants and their multitude of dogs, cats and kids with spray pant.
Jason and Stan worked with me on making a plan, creating and revising estimates as more and bigger problems came up, and executing on the plan with almost daily communication.
What I liked most about Haldeman and crew was the ease of working with them and their flexibility in allowing me to buy appliances, vanities, etc. on my own. This saved me $$$; I was not only able to get lower prices but did not have to pay the contractor markup.
They also encouraged me to enter into a contract with the abatement company on my own saving me their mark-up. They also did what I wanted with respect to furniture left by the prior tenants by helping me store the furniture items till I found homes for them. Ditto for the old appliances which I also managed to re-home thanks to Haldeman's crew putting them under tarps in the back yard.
The final result was, well, spectacular. Check out the pictures. Esp. happy with the granite counters and their subcontractor who took my on a tour of all the slabs in the granite store. And the flooring and paint people also did beautiful jobs.

Our house is being cleaned out from smoke damage, caused by the River Fire August 4th, 2021.
All contractors are undependable. They don't hesitate to ask for money, even though the work, done by their subcontractors is shoddy. Haldeman doesn't inspect the work unless you complain.
The price is five times higher than if you hired the contractors yourself. $32,000 to paint inside and out on a 1,700 sq. ft. house. This company drives up every one's insurance prices.
After over four months our house is still empty with no sure way to know when the flooring will be done.
The duct cleaning is just now being done, December 10, 2021. Seems like that should have been a first item. It was 104 degrees when the initial workers came in to pack up the house and clean all surfaces. They needed the air conditioner running and the air in the house was very caustic.
Today is our first freeze and we are living in our 24ft. RV trailer. We must disconnect the water line to protect it from the weather.
Now it's Christmastime, 4 months and 6 days later, and we still cannot go home.

We had a leak in our shower, with water dripping all over the bathroom and down into the garage. Our insurance company recommended HRC.
I am happy to say that Jason and Stan went above and beyond to ensure the work was done properly and in a timely manner. They dealt with my insurance company on my behalf, which made things so easy. The work was clean and top-notch. They showed up on time, communicated well, and the tiled shower came out beautiful. They fulfilled their promise to complete the repairs before my wife's scheduled surgery.
Regarding the couple negative comments on their Yelp page: my experience was nothing like this. Remodeling can be tricky, and requires patience. HRC showed integrity, and quickly dealt with any hiccups. They were also fair about some upgrades we wanted. What more can a customer ask for?
In closing, I would highly recommend HRC. We are very happy.

I was referred to Haldeman Restoration Company (HRC) after a major leak in my bathroom. It required a complete bathroom remodel and new hardwood floors to be placed throughout my home. I reached out to HRC and received a call back on the same day. I was assigned a Project Manager, Gina, who worked closely with me to schedule all necessary contractors and make sure the project was on track the entire length of the remodel. They had amazing contractors working for them as well. Roman was the main contractor who went above and beyond to ensure no corners were cut and was a pleasure to work with. Their tile contractor, Alex, did an amazing job and had great attention to detail. The flooring expert, Dwight, was friendly and very helpful with selecting the perfect flooring for my home. The flooring installers also did a wonderful job. It is rare, working with a group of people, that there weren't any issues. This company operates like a well oiled machine and I happy to recommend them to anyone wanting quality professional services and craftmanship.

My home was recently damaged by a house fire. It quickly became evident that I had made a great choice to work with Jason and his team. What started as a very stressful situation became a much more relaxed and fun process as I watched his team take my 80 year old home and make it beautiful with new flooring, cabinets, electrical and plumbing upgrades. I had never had an insurance claim like this before so was a little lost but Jason worked really well with my insurance company and made that process as smooth and hassle free as possible. Jason and his Project Manager, Stan were always easy to reach and quickly responded to any of my concerns or requests. I'm very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend working with HRC. They did a great job!

HRC was really great to work with! Starting with Jason...really great at communicating and explaining how things work (we had water damage). He was really knowledgeable and easy to work with. All in all our project work was three weeks including plumbing, carpentry, painting, flooring and even carpet binding. Great quality and all workers were very hard working. Gina was the project manager that helped make it all happen smoothly. I'd work with them again in a heartbeat!

I was referred to Haldeman Restoration by ServPro of El Dorado Hills after a devastating fire that destroyed my shop for my business.
Jason came out to the property prior to any adjusters arriving on the scene. He approached the job with a "" can do"" attitude from the start of to the finish of the project. The quality of internal employees and the sub contractors that they had on the job were extrordinary. I really appreciate the attention to detail that they all exhibited and what good people they all are. The project was completed on time and done very well. I would strongly recommend HRC to anyone that needs to rebuild a structure after a fire or other disaster.

I recently suffered catastrophic losses at my mobile home due to a pipe bursting and flooding my entire house. This happened after just having the entire plumbing redone by a company that I want to name but won't. Although you've all heard of them. The house needed a restoration quickly. Now the good part. I contacted Haldeman restoration and worked with their project manager Stan. He went way beyond the service that I was expecting. They got the necessary permits and got the job done quickly and the place looks beautiful. No one wants to have to restore your property if it can be avoided, but if you find yourself in need, I would highly recommend Haldeman for your project. They are dependable and honest!

If there could ever be a silver lining to going through a restoration process, it's working with Haldeman Restoration Company. I received immediate responses when I first contacted Jason. He listened to what I needed and hooked me up with Gina, a great project manager. My timeline was met. The finish work done by Gene was first-rate. I would not hesitate to contact Haldeman Restoration Company if I have future projects to complete!

Our original, signed, contract price went up by about 40% after they completely demolished our bath rendering it useless. Jason said the design (after 3 of their staff had been to our house) would not work. We asked for no changes. They let us know this after demoing the bath, not before. After that, they continued to ask for additional money for things until we said we'd just pay them for the work they'd done and find someone else. In the end, the bathroom looks good but It was a frustrating experience and we paid significantly more than agreed upon for less than we had agreed upon. We had worked with them on a previous water related issue, and with the insurance company involved, we had a better experience.
